Am I Suffering From Anemia I Feel Tired All The Time N Sleep Too. I Look Pale Also Help

My friend sleeps all day and is Always tired what is causing her to be so tired all the time?

She could have a thyroid problem; this can cause extreme fatigue like this, can make someone sleep like this, especially thyroid. She could also be anemic; is she pale? She could also have depression; that is something only she knows. She may not choose to talk to anyone about this. What is her life like? Why isn't she at work or school? Hmmmm....
Does she have any other symptoms? Is she pale, cold, are her nail-beds pale, are her lips pale? Is she gaining or losing weight? How is she feeling otherwise?
Other thoughts; does she eat well? Is she even drinking enough fluids? If she is sleeping so much, I wonder if she eats a well-balanced, nutritional diet. It is possible that she does not. Even not drinking enough fluid can make you tired. ( but not THAT tired. But poor diet can lead to nutritional deficiencies, which could lead to anemia.)
The thyroid and anemia possibilities could be checked with simple blood tests by her doctor. The diet and nutrition - only she knows the answer to that. Same as with the depression.
Those are some of my thoughts.
Hope this helps a little.

EDIT: I just saw your additional detail after I submitted this, so disregard the part re the depression, except.....depression at it's bad point can be physical to the point of making someone stay in bed all day...

EDIT: She is lucky to have you.
Anyway...she would be gaining weight if it was her thyroid. The pale color makes anemia POSSIBLE. I wonder - what medications is she taking, for one thing. Also, is she taking them. I would suggest she go get some basic blood work done, if you can get her to go; I say this "if you can" part because I think she is quite depressed. But there could also be more; I don't like it when people say, "Oh, she's just depressed..."

Why do i look tired all the time?

I got a problem because my face has always been pale, i have really big dark circles under my eyes (even though i sleep) and my body is always cold and purple. I can say i look just like a corpse. I thought it could be anemia because of my lack of energy (i can barely stand) and amnesia (not very serious, but sometimes i cant remember even what i said 5 seconds ago) but i went to doctor and did some tests and im not anemic at all
Just what is happening to my body? I used to skip meals (for about 3-4 days) but right now i eat at least 2 times a day and healthy so why ?

I look tired, but I don't feel it. Why is this?

I am the same… I look like I haven’t slept for days. If I wear no make up, I get that “you look ill” comment thrown at me at least 5 times in a day. I got tested twice in my bloods for anemia and they found nothing and said I’m fit as a fiddle basically. So why did I look so tired? I, for so long, put it down to the fact I’m pale. But I’ve seen countless pale people look awake and alert so it couldn’t be that.If you can rule these out and are still the same, it can be something mentally, something that is playing on your mind, bothering you or stressing you out. Stress isn’t seen as bad. But stress is a killer. I dropped down to 7 stone at one point due to stress and I looked as gaunt as someone from a Tim Burton film. It can take a toll but if you are used to this thing bothering or stressing you out, you can merely look tired as it weakly replays in your head over and over again, but you’ve built up that immunity in you to not let it drain you physically. I was lucky enough to be surrounded by intelligent, loving and caring people who helped me step by step get back on my feet and clear my mind.Recently, I’ve started eating better. Eating more fruit, vegetables, more foods that contain protein and all the things that your body requires. I also joined the gym and go there at least 4–5 times a week. Since then, I’ve had comments like “you’re looking well” or “your colour is getting better” (bear in mind these were told to me when I had little to no make up on). Eating better can make you feel better and I also believe it can make you happier. When I used to gobble down McDonald’s burgers and chinese takeaways week after week, I felt somewhat miserable as all this food just wasn’t what my body wanted. Also, when you exercise, your body releases endorphins. These endorphins trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine. If you don’t exercise, try walking out in the fresh air or joining a gym. I highly recommend it and it becomes highly addictive!I know what it’s like to look tired but feel awake. I wish you the best. x

I think I may have ANEMIA. Can anyone help me?

You sound like you are possibly iron anemic. That can be easily be treated. Pull down your eyelids. There should be a lot of red color there. Are yours very pale? You do need to see a doctor. Tell him/her everything, and get a complete blood count. That will tell the doctor if you are anemic, and what type of anemia you have.
Good self-diagnosis! Yes, please see a doctor, and find out what foods and/or vitamins are missing from your diet.
You might have low blood pressure too. So stand up slowly, OK? The doctor will fix you right up!
Bless you and good luck! :)

How to get rid of my pale and sick looking face?

Hi there, I would suggest you visit a doctor to get some blood work done. Yes, anemia could be an issue as well as your thyroid. Are you underweight? Are you eating well? Those things will also effect how you feel and look. Try to eat good protein (chicken, eggs, beef, seafood, etc) and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables - minimal processed foods and sugar. Make sure you are eating enough good fats like avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts, etc. Ask your doctor about adding vitamins to your diet -- Vitamin D is great. Lastly, I have heard that 10pm is the magic hour to go to bed....and minimum of 8 hours uninterrupted sleep. Good luck!
