Any one going to drop yahoo email?
I'm having a TERRIBLE time with this new and "improved" Yahoo mail. EVERYTHING about it is screwed up. No tabs! The "Send" button is all the way down at the bottom (who the hell looks there?) and gets buried in the dashboard icons of my MacBook. I can't underline anymore. The font size doesn't give you anything but minimal choices - you can't adjust size. You can't adjust the color of the text anymore. Then: If you get an email and reply, and then the person replies back, and you get a thread started, you get the whole damn thread in these thumbnails and they don't appear to be in order and it's impossible to find the reply to which you're trying to respond. There's no way to know which "Reply" command applies to which email on the thread. You have no idea which reply you're posting to. I've already lost business and wasted some money because I couldn't find a response our tour manager sent me about a move he didn't want to recommend, and I never saw it so I went ahead and okay'ed it. Now we're stuck. How much more is this going to cost me? How many more emails am I going to miss? There's no way to change the wording in the subject line anymore. There's no way to edit out extraneous crap in a long thread of email responses. It spits you out of that particular email entirely and you won't know where you are for a moment. I could go on. But I'm just SO PISSED OFF!!! This simply and categorically SUCKS!!! And I don't even want to think about the hassle and expense and loss of time and productivity if I'm forced to change over to another email account. My yahoo.com email is on everything from business cards to press kits to umpteen different websites and accounts. HUGE pain in the ***!!!! And VERY bad for my business! Is anybody at Yahoo even listening? Or do they care? You're 1,000,000% correct. The new email is HORRID. They can't change it back fast enough!!!!!! Heck, are they even willing to consider doing such? GRRRRRR!!!!! - A VERY angry Mary!!!
Why does yahoo mail basic suck SO BAD??
It's as if Yahoo wants everyone to leave Yahoo Mail. The new and UNIMPROVED Yahoo Mail(Basic) that I was forced into during Summer 2013 SUCKS BALLS REALLY BAD!!!!! Let me list a few of the most annoying problems with it....... All of these problems are in Yahoo Mail Basic... ---It no longer auto-completes email addresses that are stored in your contacts ---At least 50% of the time when I try to open an email, the screen goes blank and the little purple envelope in the top left corner of the tab turns into a little purple "Y." When that happens the only fix is to click "back" and try again. It does this at least 50% of the time....totally unreliable, unstable Yahoo Mail SUCKS BALLS! ---You cannot forward emails with graphics, pictures, HTML. Yahoo Mail now only forwards emails as pure text, so emails with graphics are forwarded as gobbled-de-****. ---I get Temporary Error ____ at least 2-3 times per day. Shitty Yahoo Mail Basic. Apparently the same idiots that worked on Healthcare.gov are working for Yahoo Mail now. It is unbelievable how often the Error page or the blank page with the purple "Y" comes up. ---When I send an email, Shitty Yahoo Mail now forces me back into the original message. With the old Yahoo Mail was that AWESOME, after clicking "Send" it would take me back to the Inbox. ---Mails that I check the box to delete no longer highlight once the box on the left is checked....used to do that. ---Yahoo Mail Search rarely works!!!!! ---With 100% of the emails I get now, I have to scroll down to the bottom of the email to find the left-right scroll bar. Since there is a stupid ad bar on the side now, to read emails you have to scroll left-right. That is all I can think of right now. If anyone knows a fix for any of those suck @$$ issues with Shitty Yahoo Mail, I would appreciate hearing the fix. Much more of this crap.....and I'm going to abandon my Yahoo Mail accounts.....which just might be what Yahoo is trying to do by making a once AWESOME email platform in the past, to the shittiest email platform now. Here is another one I forgot......click anything in Yahoo Mail and I get a blank screen that says "Server Hangup" Yahoo you suck!
My autocomplete feature for composing e.mails is not working?

This issue is still being fixed by our Engineers. As a workaround, we suggest you to try the All-New Mail version while the problem in Yahoo! Mail Classic is being fixed. Martin: I don't want to. when is this problem expected to be fixed? Louraine: My apologies but at the moment, we're unable to give you an exact time on when this issue will be fixed. Louraine: Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience. Martin: I am sorry, but it was days ago and I don't understand how it is possible for yahoo not to fix such a thing for this time Martin: Is there any way to increase the priority of this issue? Louraine: I understand, Martin. Our Engineers are already working for the resolution of this problem. Martin: how long could eventually your engineers work on this solution, this not something that happens to yahoo for the first time Louraine: My apologies but we don't have the information for the definite time for this. I'm really sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. Martin: I guess this is the way of YAHOO to force people to switch to the NEw Yahoo Louraine: I'm sorry if you feel that way. That is the workaround that we can provide at the moment. Martin: I don't think you or another yahoo employee is working on my case, if I am wrong please find out the name and contact info of the engineer working on it, so I can continue the discussion with him
What is the best fantasy football provider: Yahoo, ESPN, NFL.com, or CBS?
I see that the it’s been awhile since anyone answered this question. My boyfriend is joining the Air Force, any advice?
I love him and he loves me. I'm not at all worried about him dumping me, and I'm not afraid of the "what if" thing. Why? Because I know we are meant to be. Long distance relationships don't frighten me. We aren't engaged just yet, but I know we want to be married when he is done with serving. He wants to serve for four years. Here's the thing that does scare me though, I'm scared. I need to know that he will be alright. I mean, joining any branch is difficult, right? I'm more scared that something dangerous will happen and that he will be taken away from me. Does any one know the odds of that happening? And also, for the ones staying at home, do you write letters? Do they receive them? What should be my next step? I have until the end of the Summer until he enlists. Scared out of my mind, Sarah
Why does everyone hate me?
I bet when you clicked on this question you automatically hated me. I think I'm subconsciously hated by everyone. Always hated just never aware. I think sometimes I lack self-awareness and talk to people, but I know they don't want to be my friend. It's everyone. Every single person. For instance, yesterday I commented on a persons status and I was shaking and subconsciously biting my nails after I wrote it. They didn't reply. That was my fear, rejection, and it seems like every time I try to "put myself out there" I get knocked down. It's not just that. During the 3 month holidays I didn't go out and meet "friends". Not once. Whenever I tried to meet up with someone, I'd ring them up and ask if they were still coming, and they "forgot" about it. Or maybe they said they'd meet up with me to lead me on and felt bad about rejecting me to my face, so they just cancelled at the last minute. I'm an embarrassment. People ALWAYS tell me to be more outgoing but how can I when I'm CONSTANTLY getting rejected by everyone? It just feels like sometimes I don't want to live because I'm really lonely. I don't have 1 ******* friend. NOT 1 FRIEND!! I try to make friends online, too. Whenever I write them a message asking them how they're doing, THEY DON'T REPLY. What is it about me? Should I just give up? It doesn't matter what path I take I'm always pushed to the side.
