Do you think conservatives and liberals both suck?
Yes, they both suck. Both are hypocrites. Both grow the Government, just in different ways. The correct answer is Libertarian. You can have your values and actually let people do their thing. If you are pro-life, be pro-life. If you think marriage is between a man and a woman, then don't marry someone of the same sex. Drugs aren't a law enforcement issue, that's why nobody turns in their brother, sister, mother or father. They want them to get help. Nobody wants to send their child off to war, that's why we are non-interventionist. That, and war is very costly, in money and in lives. If we closed many of our overseas bases, it would save the taxpayers a metric shxt ton of money and we wouldn't experience much of the blow-back we have had with terrorist attacks. I know guns don't kill people and children who listen to Manson don't shoot up schools. I also am not inclined to believe that dudes in the middle east happy with their way of life are shaking their fist at the west hating our freedom. If anything, they don't want us bringing our way of life into their lives. Our freedom doesn't depend on whether or not they have elections or can draw pictures of Mohommad without riots breaking out. Besides, if you can't "count on the Government to save New Orleans" HOW ON EARTH DO YOU EXPECT IT TO BRING DEMOCRACY TO IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN?! Ugh.

Matt Stone and Trey Parker are libertarians. Libertarians tend to support gay rights and anti-censorship. Just because a few rogue politicians want to ban flag burning doesn't mean all conservatives do, most conservatives are anti-censorship. I'm a Conservative and a Christian, I do not in any way support censorship. Who's more douchey; Conservatives or Liberals?
Both the typical lib & the typical con seem to be arrogant, self-righteous, ugly douche sacks accusing one another of what they both are. I hate them all & wish they would die but given that I'm a true conservative/classical liberal, I respect the rule of law & won't push the red button even though I really want to. Libs & cons are trash bags full of week-old turkey rectums that old man Jenkins thought would be a big hit at his greasy little restaurant that got shut down thanks to libs & cons. Conservatives are uglier than predator wearing a blonde wig & red heels singing "ditty dum ditty do" and liberals are so stupid they thought michael jackson was the first man to walk on the moon. Conservative liberal, an oxymoron?
Conservative liberal can mean conservative socially but "liberal" economically on the political spectrum. Usually it's a cover-up word used by neo-conservatives. The word "conservative" means maintaining the status quo while the word "liberal" traditionally meant "open-minded" (and before that, "free-market" libertarianism but now that's called "classical liberalism"). However, in the American world of Republican vs. Democrats, "liberal" has come to mean "Democrat" and "conservative" has come to mean "Republican". Conservative-liberalism is NOT centralism as many here have said. It is the right-wing branch of liberalism - as in the political philosophy that the rest of the world refers to "liberalism" as. Confused yet? In Australia, the Liberal Party is actually the conservative party - the main opposition being the Labor Party who is also quite right-wing and the Greens Party which is one of the few progressive parties here.
