Who is responsible if Amazon.com package is not delivered?
I purchased a package on Amazon.com Merchant Seller. The item was promptly shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and has never arrived. It has been sitting in my local post office for several days and is missing. Who is liable for this if I never received it? I have no verification of what was in the package since it never arrived. I wish sellers would stop using USPS. Most of us would pay extra for UPS or FedEx Ground.
Is the "estimated delivery date" on Amazon always accurate?
That is why they call it an ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE. It will probably show up on that date they estimated, but that can depend on the company that is used like UPS, USPS, FED Ex. Sometimes shipping companies have problems and can cause it to arive one or two days later. Most of the time it should arive on the estimated date.
Amazon seller got tracking number wrong?
Ok so an amazon seller got training number wrong and gave me the right one, the package arrived but on my amazon page it still says "shipped". What should I do about is?
How long does it take to receive books ordered from Amazon?
I ordered about 12 books from amazon (all from different sellers) 2 days ago. half say shipping soon and the other half say shipped. But the estimated date for all of them to arrive is march 23 to april 9. i would understand if they came at around the 23rd because that would make about a week that would have passed since i ordered them..but if they came on the 9th of april that would make 3 weeks!! I thought books usually come as lot faster than that...i have ordered tonnes of stuff online before and i have never gotton such an estimated date, everything usually came within a week. is this a mistake? i mean basically they are estimating it will come in between 1 to 3 weeks since i ordered! thats crazy
