Can you use a Target gift card to buy an Amazon gift card in stores? Why or why not?
You're not supposed to be able to buy gift cards with gift cards but many times cashiers or backups don't know/care and may still do it if the POS allows it. Fraud is #2 answer. Stolen credit cards buy gift cards so they can't be cancelled like a credit card can. Then cards are sold/used. I know 100% gift cards cannot buy the visa prepaid cards, it is blocked at POS… if attempted, AP is alerted immediately. Last I know of Target and Amazon didn't play nice with one another… hence the Nook tablet (if it still exists). Target dot com was a direct competitor of amazon and target dot com is actually a seperate entity in itself, confusing and annoying to most people and employees too. (Edit:Target does not own nor has ever been related with owning the Nook. Sorry if that seems implied). Which brings reason #1, they want that money to stay in target's pockets. Essentially they're just holding on to your cash until merchandise is bought. In CA there is no expiration or charge to use the gift card and you can cash out at five dollars which is the min amount to purchase a gift card.

Why are Amazon and Flipkart not delivering products in Noida?
Flipkart was not delivering till few days back. recently I started a facebook page Amazon India - Start unrestricted Delivery in Uttar Pradesh and had a chat with them. some others also had a talk with flipkart people and since last few days, flipkart has started delivering. the only condition put is that COD option is not available. That is all right with me as i use online payment facility.Amazon on the other hand has very confusing policy:Amazon says it delivers only up to INR5000 items to U.P. with a PrePaid option only and according to them it is due to Regulatory Issues (have not defined till now what is that).The reality is that Amazon Itself (i.e. Amazon Fulfilled Item Sellers) does not deliver and has these restrictions. See Proof.The Other Amazon sellers (i.e. Seller Fulfilled Item Sellers) deliver without any restrictions. See Proof.I just want to know how these rules (if any present) are different for one type of Sellers only?
