Why were the French angry about the Jay Treaty?
When the USA and France signed their Alliance in 1777, remember this was during the American war for Independence, we were fighting for our independence and Franklin got us an alliance with France, we needed French help. now however , France was at war with ALMOST ALL, of Europe, thanks to their Revolution. G. Washington, the President of the USA, knew that a war with the British would be disastrous for the USA. We were a small backwoods country with a 5,000 man army and maybe 5 warships. Britain had a huge army, compared to ours and over 100 warships. We would have gotten stomped on. Washington sent Jay over to britain to see if our problems with Britain could be worked out. The Treaty Jay came back with was not that great, it did not speak to impressment or the seizing of our sailors by Britain or give us much in fair trade BUT IT did stop the USA from going to war and that is what France objected to, they wanted the USA, their Ally to fight the English. Fortunately the USA did not fight the war. The France replied by seizing our ships sailing towards Britain for trade. We responded to the French seizures by sending out our navy, now up to 15 ships to fight the French navy. Which they did quite successfully, during the term of J. Adams as president. Hope that helps. Why do I get so angry when I accidentally bite my tongue/lip when eating?
That made me giggle. That’s so all of us. There are three kinds of pain we hate:Knocking your toe on somethingKnocking your elbowBiting your tongue.They make so mad because of the sharp pain that comes with them that tends to linger for a while. Its because even after the pain is gone, you still feel like something is wrong with your tongue, kinda like the pain you experience all day burning your tongue with hot coffee, Damn I hate that feeling.With that kind of irritation, its gonna be hard to be nice of course.
My dog is shaking/trembling and angry?
If this is something new, he needs to see a vet. Dogs only usually shake when they are 1. In pain 2. Cold 3. Fearful 4. Something neurological. I'd suggest this is because he's in pain which would fit with being 'angry' and not wanting your other dog to be near. Something is hurting. Cockers do have a condition known as 'cocker rage' mind you, but unless he's always been prone to flaring up, being aggressive, I doubt this is going on. Maybe he has a touch of arthritis going on which hurts!!
Why won’t a narcissist block me, he just does not reply to my angry messages instead?
Two suggestions; Perhaps he is a narcissist, your messages are attention enough and the more he ignores them the more you send and the more attention he gets; clapping or slapping, it's all attention. He may also have another supply and you've been discarded so he has attention from both supplies now.ORHe's not a narcissist? Perhaps he has narcissistic traits but hasn't reached the tipping point of being a full blown narc and is therefore not replying to angry messages because of what they are? Perhaps he has chosen to walk away and cut all contact with you?Either way, you're angry at him and this course of action is not having the desired affect. I'd suggest walking away, this person knows how you feel, show them your back and walk. Narc or not, silence says more than words in this situation…your absence says you don't want them in your life, you respect yourself, have expectations on how you're treated and know your worth. Move on.
Why do conservatives appear angry and irrational all the time?
Why is Fox Sundays a shouting match? Why are conservatives violent over global warming facts? Why are conservatives hostile towards science? Why do they think they know about economics then drive the country into the ground? Is it their demeanor or because they are sick and tired of being wrong all the time?
Why are people angry that I voted for Donald Trump when I'm not angry at them for not voting for him?
The anger stems from the hypocrisy of the man and his actions.There would be no anger at all if Clinton and Trump had simply laid out their policies for the American public to view and select their preference. That has been the standard American way to select a president and it works and allows democracy to flourish.Trump though is a used car salesman. What he did - was repeatedly lie and promote misinformation about all of his opponents both republican and democrat - and then once elected spin around on the press and claim he never said any of those things and its all fake.Some really easy examples.Trump claimed in the run up to the election, that Obamas job figures are lies and that the job situation is dire. Once elected he then claimed his numbers (which were actually slightly worse than Obamas) were brilliant numbers and that he’s magically turned things around.Trump criticised Obama nearly two dozen times for playing too much golf. He and his family went on Fox before getting elected to be in pieces criticising Obama for playing golf. Trump said repeatedly he wouldnt have time for it. Once elected he played five times more golf than Obama, blew through the years security budget in eleven weeks and claims he never said anything bad about Obamas golf.Trump repeatedly claimed Clinton was days away from being arrested by the FBI. She's being investigated, how can you elect someone like that, its bigger than Watergate he claimed. He ran ads making these same claims. When it turned out it wasn't true - did he stop saying it, or pull the ads. Nope-just kept running them. Now ironically its Trump being investigated and he fired the head of the FBI for it, and still tweets that Clinton is worse.The anger, is felt because those Americana who get their stories from Fox or from the presidents Tweets - don't believe what I've just written (as reported by the rest of the world and rest of American press). They shout fake news, conspiracy theory, Trumps doing amazing.Facts in the world of Trump - have gone from being the things Trump twisted to get into power, and now he twists them harder to pretend he’s doing a great job.Normally republican and democratic presidents have enough shame and enough political prowess to only nudge the levers in their favor. Trump has pulled the levers off, and installed some gold levers which are welded into the ‘Trump is great’ position and its a nightmare to watch.
This girl says we are just friends, but she gets angry when I talk to her about other girls. What does this mean?
This means she is very possessive about sharing someone she likes, with other girls, which i guess, is inherent in them. There is also a probability that you are a habitual attention seeking guy and doing this to check if she feels jealous and she is irritated at your constant attention seeking ideas/behaviour.
