Well closest to that I can think of is Kyou koi wo hajimemasu It is a girl who is a bit nerdy (sorry) and teased/tormented by a popular guy. He tries to get her to have s_x with him but she refused. Right when he gives up and says this romance was a bet by friends, she finds that she has fallen for him. He befriends her but when she states her feelings he rejects her because she is "Just like all women" It's really a great manga!
