What is the answer of "If I reject you in this interview then what will you do"?
I personally think this is one of those questions they throw out at you from the HR perspective to test how you answer it.A friend of mine was not even asked this. During the HR round she was told that she isn't selected. Thank you, you may leave. Just to watch her react. She was calm, thanked the interviewer for the opportunity and left.She however got the confirmation that she was selected.If you have answered well before and think your Interview went well, regardless of what you answer to this one, it won't really make a difference. Unless of course you answer something totally inappropriate.Here, your answer will more likely be measured on your reaction rather than the type of answer you choose to give. Sure, disappointment is a valid reaction for this question, but they will check for other reactions too.Depending on how you react followed by what you say will determine your E.Q. and that's how you'll be selected.You can reply with the following if you think your interview went well.I will be thankful for XYZ Company for presenting me with the opportunity for applying for X position. Although, I am disappointed about the outcome considering the Interview went great for me, I would still appreciate if I could get any pointers on where I was wrong so I can improvise for the interviews I will give after this. Why this reply?It doesn't boast the offers you might have.It doesn't show that this is the only opportunity you'll get.It shows appreciation for the opportunityIt shows that you are aware of how your interview went and the position you were applying for.It expresses disappointment which shows you know the feeling you are going through given the condition.It demands an explanation in a subtle way to show that you are always willing to correct your mistakes.
Is 13 too young to get rhinoplasty?
Your face proportions will still change a little over the next couple years, so I don't know if a legit doctor would consider it (though it's certainly done). Personally, I think features create character - look at Sarah Jessica Parker and Jewel - not very attractive noses, but they have a hell of a lot going for them despite it. Jennifer Grey's career tanked after she got a nose job (the chick from Dirty Dancing and Ferris Bueller). My husband has a straight nose, but a raised birthmark on his bridge that makes it look bumpy - honestly, once someone sees the "person" those things become invisible. Maybe you could think of it as a built-in sincerity meter until your parents feel more comfortable about the surgery.

I'll be really honest with you: if you want to do it, just do, but I must tell you that I know a girl who became sexually active at 13 and she was seen as a slut/whore. At 15 every boy wants to f**k... it's normal because of the hormones (believe me, I'm a 19 years old guy), but you must be conscious that if you and him do it, he will tell his friends, you will tell your friends and people will know you lost your virginity at 13 and then you MAY be seen has a "young slut" (don't judge me, I think there's no right age, but people overall think it should be when you're over 16 or something). It's up to you, no one should be more interested in the others' lives, but things don't work this way, unfortunately. You should talk with your doctor or nurse and tell him/her you are thinking about becoming sexually active in order to get knowledge about contraceptive methods. Wish you the best Hope I could help
Why do people die young? A classmate of mine (age 17) passed away a few days ago. I don’t understand why God would have decided to end his life. Did he complete his tasks on Earth assigned to him? Can you help me understand his death/God’s decision?
There is no acceptable answer to this except to say that in God's plan, every life and every death has a purpose. When I lost a few friends in high school, someone told me that and it really pissed me off. It wasn't until years later when I was watching that borderline horrendous movie, The Butterfly Effect, that I truly understood it. The basic concept is that one simple movement of a butterflies wings can cause a tornado on the other side of the planet. It seems silly but if you follow the chain you can see how one thing does in fact have the potential to lead to another.Your classmates death may seem pointless now but in life, we see death around us as inevitable and we learn from it.We know we are going to die. From a very early age we are surrounded by it. We learn that our lives have a timer attached to them. When someone close to us dies, we are reminded that every minute should be cherished and used wisely as it may be our last.Death is frustrating because it often comes suddenly and without warning. Even in those who have reached a hundred years old and could theoretically die any minute, it's nevertheless too soon but sadly, if you are a believer and a follower of a religion, any religion frankly, you'll read that there is a plan and life, and death, all have a purpose.When one of my friends died at 16, it was at a point in my life where I was offered drugs almost every day. When he died in a car accident it had been determined that drugs were the cause. This one simple fact allowed me to make an easy decision to never do drugs. Now I'm not saying that's all I learned from his death, and I'm not saying that I was the purpose of his death and that was the lesson that God intended to be taught but his death were those butterflies wings and when he died, thousands of people felt it. Millions of people have subsequently had that moment in time impact their lives, some how, some way and in doing so have affected millions of other lives around them. Death is such a sad part of life but it is unfortunately inevitable. It's just a tragedy when it happens to someone so young.Do what you can to learn from his life, learn from his death, don't let it remain pointless and let millions around the world feel the it by doing something worthwhile in your friends name.Truly sorry for your loss.
