Some good young adult books?

Daughter of Smoke and Bones by Laini Taylor (awesome, awesome, awesome book about a girl with blue hair that lives in Prague and sketches monsters that "may or may not be true". There's lots of demons and angels in this book but it's not the same demons/angels you know. Different new concepts)

http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12768...

-Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta (aussie book which will start a long obsession with aussie books. Just ask me. This is the kind of book that is best read without really knowing much about it. I read this two years ago and I still think it's one of THE best books I've ever read.)

-Unwind by Neal Shusterman (one of the best YA dystopians, hands down. What if it becomes an age where parents can "unwound" their children between the age of 13 and 18 when their kids become too difficult to handle? One of my favorites.)

http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/76434...

-Nevermore by Kelly Creagh (it will blow you away, that's what happened to me when I was done reading it. What I liked about it was how un-shallow this was. No instalove, no stupid characters...etc.)

-The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch (amazing fantasy book, filled with adventure, tricks, sword fights, and complicated plots. Extremely funny :D) http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/86529…

-Candor by Pam Bachorz (another dystopian about a whole town that is being brainwashed by messages hidden in music. A must read.) http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/76490…

-Give Up the Ghost by Megan Crewe (I really liked this supernatural story. Okay, so the concept isn't exactly fresh, but it's worth the read.) http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/62402…

What are some unknown facts about "The Dark Knight Trilogy" directed by Christopher Nolan ?

Okay, this is more of a myth-busting fact:"In The Dark Knight, the part where the Joker is fidgeting with the remote was NOT a natural reaction"Many believe that the Hospital scene from the Dark Knight, where Joker taps the remote and looks at the building before it explodes was improvised by Heath Ledger! (as mentioned in Ravi Shah's answer). It's time we stop quoting storypick/scoopwhoop/buzzfeed as sources to our answersReality check: 'twas planned. Its a wide spread misconception that the hospital scene was improvised. Adding such subtle drama to a character is a classic Nolan style and not improvisation! I am saddened that people watch his movies and take his directorial abilities for granted.Following answer on stack-exchange discusses the same:Was the Gotham Hospital scene a goof-up?This Directorial cut video from The Dark Knight:(Skip to 3:30)Edit 1:This is an extended cut, where Nolan talks about the building not blowing of on first hit of the button adding to the dramatic persona of Joker. Nolan specifically mentions that this particular scene was rehearsed 12 times!Edit 2:From the comments, I get an impression: this answer is somehow trying to suggest that Heath Ledger just did an OKAY job playing The Joker role.I watch this movie every time, just to see Heath Ledger perform as Joker. One of the best performances I've ever seen! All, that this answers wants to convey is, that the hospital scene is not goofed up! Fans of this movie are misinformed, sometimes so overwhelmed by the performance that they believe anything/everything that some random website/person has to say in the name of "fact". Thanks!

What does it take to become a very good yoga teacher? I am starting from scratch with my yoga practice so every advise is highly appreciated.

Practice and a very good teacher/ mentor / spiritual guide. While I was practicing yoga at the studio I trained at for some time, my teaching didn't truly deepen until I began to practice on my own. That went on for about 5 years and then I was lucky enough to find my spiritual teacher who challenged and encouraged me to go much deeper into the practice. I teach in NYC and allot of what's being taught here is purely physical. I have stuck to my guns passionately about teaching the actual teachings of yoga and not just the body. Overtime this has set me apart from allot of the teachers here.Slow and steady. How does that sound?Thank you,Amanda
