Any Good Ideas For My Movie

Is this a good idea for horror/ slasher movie ?

First of all, i would like to say that you have a nice sense of creativity. The story is very good. The way "Holiday" kills. It is nice. But, I think the ending was not that great. I didn't like the idea of the friend helping the grandmother just for fame. Maybe you can say that the friend was actually a bit mental or something like that. Maybe you can say the friend was the grandmother's unknown son or grandson. Or else the friend was the father's unknown son. Another thing I felt is that there was too much killing in the beginning. Maybe there was no need for an older brother.
Overall, I think the story is great. I'm just giving opinions. I'm not an expert in script writing. I know nothing about it. It's just my opinion.
I hope you would be successful in making your film. All the best.

Another suggestion. Please organize your question in paragraphs. A long paragraph makes it look boring. Please do consider my suggestion.

If I have a good script idea for a movie, who should I turn to?

First of all: you have no good idea. You have an interesting idea at best. Why’s that?Because ideas ‘per se’ have no ‘inner’ value for the big screen industry. It’s the way ideas are written that makes a script better than another, not the idea ‘per se’.Now comes the main part of my answer. The most difficult part of selling ideas to Hollywood, is talking with the people working there. In other words, what really matters, is being inside Hollywood already. Why’s that?Because producers are not searching for ‘good ideas’… Not at all. They are searching for something entirely different… And it changes every day. They are searching for ‘this and that’, meaning something that will make them do a lot of money NOW, and depending on the everchanging market. And if you don’t know:1) what they are searcing for2) and what they are searching for RIGHT NOW… they will trash your idea for sure even if it’s an ‘interesting’ idea. And again, don’t forget that for ANY idea to be ANY good, it has to be written extremely well, no matter it if it’s just a plot, a script, a short tale or a whole novel… no one will ever enter inside your head and see your idea the way you see it. No one but your friends and family only, because they know you very well. But I don’t think they work in the industry.

Any Webkinz Movie Ideas?

Webkinz go to school!

What are some good ideas for a tattoo that represents the movie Immortal Beloved?

loved that movie--it's one of the most underrated movies.

that being said, I still wouldn't get a tattoo about any movie. but if you must, use the line "Muss es sein?" (it means Must it be?)

at the end, he wrote this on the edge of his sheet music and Joanna wrote back in german "Es muss sein." It must be.

These two phrases were really found written on the side of a piece of sheet music he was working on toward the end. Speculation of what they meant has included the immortal beloved theory. If you use it, double check the exact phrase on the internet. My spelling or the order may be wrong.

What are some good ideas for making a horror movie?

First: Do you understand that a sociopath is different from a psychopath? The person would behave entirely differently depending on which s/he was. There is a big difference. Actually, someone sociopathic would be interesting. Occasionally, there are movies who choose someone we truly wouldn't suspect. But, that's trickier than a plain ol' psycho.

Rewatch a lot of horror films, and keep notes on what shows up over and over. Then, avoid the obvious. There ARE movies that use different tricks to surprise us. Try to figure out what makes them work.

As for spooky music, you can't do better than the albums of Midnight Syndicate. They're described as soundtracks for horror films that haven't been made yet. Here are some samples from YouTube:

Is it a good idea to write and publish my movie idea in a book to test the market before I write the script and head to mainstream Hollywood?

Most screenplays start as books. Here are a few movies that started as books examples of screenplays - Google Search Writing a screenplay is not just about knowing how to set it out, but also having a good idea how it will be produced, and that means having some idea in mind of the sort of actors, music, special effects, camera  shots, etc. are neededMost professional screenwriters start by being in the industry, or in  a job closely to it. In some cases they may even be the author of the book the movie is about, and who will work with the directorAnother point is that all good directors have a style, and that is incorporated in the writing of a screenplay, and further to that, any screenplay is simply a starting point for a movie, so will be chopped and changed many times before it moves to the  next stage of being storyboarded, rehearsed, timed, edited, and cut together. The final result may look like a skeleton of the original, but even that is chance, as production companies will not accept screenplays unless they come from and agent, and a good agent may well suggest changes even before they accept to promote itIn all, if you are new to the business you have three choicesWrite the book, but with the idea of it being ultimately a movie. That is, you will devote more effort to action as against dialogueStart as a scriptwriter (as against screenwriter) and submit material to agents.  Typically this might be short sketches suited to existing TV programmes, or ideas for Games shows, etc.  You might even submit material directly to a someone like a comedian via their agentYou can write short screenplays for Indie producers, or for the various internet shows. If they get accepted  then just follow your nose in developing theseYou will find many links on my website atwww.makemoviesdb.net

What are some good ideas for a sad short film?

You say you want to make a “meaningful” film. Meaningful sad films are about the characters’ response to something sad, not about their sorrow or the sorrowful events as such. You say you have to make it all by yourself. This is a peculiar constraint, and the people who suggest you get a screenwriter are responding to that peculiarity. Poetry, painting, writing symphonies and many other art forms beckon the solitary artist, but film is not particularly suited to being created in solitude. Still, if that’s what you must do, the artistic answer is straightforward: find the topic, situation and idea that you are most afraid of and make a film about that. Write dialogue about which you think, “Wow! I can't actually say that!” Wear clothes that make you shudder. Put yourself in a situation (FAKE IT: IT’S A MOVIE, DON’T RISK HURTING YOURSELF OR DAMAGING PROPERTY, IT’S NOT NECESSARY) that fills you with dread. Engage with that dread, and make it beautiful and you will have a meaningful film. It will surely be meaningful to you, and if you decide to share it, it may well be meaningful to others.

Movie title ideas? Please help!!!!?

I think you should add a short synopsis of the movie, r there any symbolic lines or pieces of dialogue that is interesting? or maybe some motifs that you used, usually I think that will help you get a more creative name.
Add some more details about the movie and you will get a much better response.
