There are many - everything from Woody Allen in Take The Money & Run (where they claim they can’t read his handwriting in the note he shoves to the teller demanding money) to the great, manic true story of Dog Day Afternoon where Pacino & Cazelle rob a NY bank. But a truly funny bank robbery scene is in the underrated 1989 comedy The Three Fugitives with Martin Short & Nick Nolte. Note is an ex-con in the bank just to take care of some banking & a complete novice and idiot comes in to rob the bank and it is Martin Short. Everything that could wrong goes wrong and Nolte feels bad for the guy. Really funny scene with some fantastic physical bits from Short.

I saw part of this movie... around 6 black people rob a bank wearing black bandanas with a skull... one of them gets shot and his friend has to kill him. thats all i remember
