Any Idea Why I Have Bad Fatigue

Fatigue, bruising, headaches ...?

Recently I have been experiencing spells of extream fatigue at work, I feel just like I would before falling asleep and it seems impossible to concentrate, I usualy have to take my self outside or have a coffe or a walk or something because I do feel like I am going to just fall asleep. I have also been getting quite bad heaches, which is very unusual for me as I dont tend to get them. And the other week a friend of mine, who is training to be a beautition, was practing a leg massage one me - and I came out with lots of bruising, her teacher said it would not have been her technique and there may be soemthing wrong with me. I also experience knubness in my hands and feel sometimes, and A LOT of pins and needs, I try to keep my vitamins and mineral intakes up to help my cirulation and nervous systems but I still get them quite a lot, often it waskes me up in the night.

I just wondered if any one knew what this meant - or maybe im being a hypocondriact (no idea how to spell that! ha) .. any ideas would be great, searching this is google juts comes up with the scaries answers! ha

Extreme Fatigue Before Period?

In addition to the suggestions the person above me had, I would also advise you to lay off anything caffeinated as much as possible around your period, definitely not right before it or during the first couple of days. This includes coffee, most soda, green tea (and lots of other kinds of tea... make sure you check) and certain junk foods and candy. Caffeine can cause your cramps and mood swings to be worse.

Personally, Midol helps me with fatigue, but unfortunately I haven't found anything that completely alleviates my tiredness. It just helps a lot. If you do decide to try Midol, I've found that regular stuff actually makes me more tired. The "extended relief" Midol (which works for 8-12 hours and I believe comes in a pinkish box, rather than blue) is what you should probably try first.

I hope I've been somewhat helpful.

Causes of sudden cold sweats, dizziness, fatigue?

This has happened a handful of times over the last year but when I wake up in the morning and start to go about my morning routine I suddenly find myself overcome with a cold sweat (despite the temperature), dizziness, nausea, and feel faint and lightheaded. I immediately have to lie down no matter where I am or I feel as though I'll pass out. I've tried looking up these symptoms but nothing I've found so far has come close -- diabetes, heart attack, pregnancy, etc. (I'm a 21-year old female if that helps.) I don't know what it could be and it's not something that I experience regularly. Any ideas of what it could be? I do plan on visiting a doctor about this soon as it's very worrisome but I'm sure they'll just tell me it's nothing or just stress (which it very well could be).

I haven't slept for 3 days, I feel fatigue but I can't sleep. How do I catch up?

About 4 years ago I lost the ability to sleep. I tried all the sleep advice and tried all the teas etc and it all drove my crazy trying. The doctor put it down to depression as I’d had a baby a year before, I was at my wits end. I was not depressed, I knew that.I sobbed at a doctor one day and he agreed to do more tests. The reason was then found: Vitamin D.My level was so low at 7 that he started me on 20,000 iu a day and I was able to get a nights sleep after a week. I’d not slept without sleeping pills for about a year and so a few hours of natural sleep were amazing.I took a cocktail of supplements, calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin d all taken before bed and melatonin to start with too. Dropped melatonin after a few months and carried on with the rest. Vitamin D supplements went down to 4,000 iu.Now I am a fully functioning human being again that gets bad nights and good nights sleep but knowing natural sleep is possible. My first and only bit of advice to start the journey to better sleep is to get a vitamin D test. It has completely changed my life.

Is Solo: A Star Wars Story suffering Star Wars fatigue?

There are a number of reasons why box office didn’t meet expectations.Disney Executive Responds to Solo's Disappointing Box Office DebutA lot of the introspection seems to center around the idea of “Star Wars fatigue”. I’m not sure I think that is the issue. I would say it is likely a combination of movie fatigue (lots of their target audience went and saw Infinity Wars and Deadpool 2, and may lack the finances to go to another film so soon) and perhaps most importantly, the production itself seemed to telegraph that it wasn’t going to be good. The late change in director and word from the set made people think that the movie would not be good, and maybe people thought they could just take a pause and see this one on video.
