Any Ideas For Cold Low Carb Drinks

Some low calorie options at starbucks please?

These are all for grande sizes.
The Caffe Americano or iced caffe americano is only 15 calories, since it does not contain milk. You can then add a splash of skim milk to it if you like.
The same goes for the Coffee of the week, decaf coffee of the week and pike place roast, which are all only 15 calories without milk.
An iced brewed skinny coffee or iced caffe latte would be 90 calories. Also a skinny cafe au lait would be 70.
Surprisingly, the Iced skinny cinnamon dolce latte with no whip and the iced sugar-free skinny flavored latte are only 80 calories. The rest of the drinks are generally about 200-500 calories each. Frappuccinos, just forget it. They're pretty much 300-500 calories each. Am espresso frappuccino light is only 110 calories though.
If you're into tea, go for the tazo black, green or passion shaken iced tea, all only 80 calories. That is pretty much it on the low end of the calories spectrum, but you can check all of them for yourself at:

Some say you must drink cold water it burn calories while some say drinking warm water does what is true and logic behind this?

If your primary concern is to burn your calories, better concentrate on your physical workout like running ,gym, etc.     Have proper diet, containing lots of     .fibres, low fat,low carbs.   . Drink plenty of water.  What is important is that you should be well hydrated all the time. You may drink cold water if its too hot outside,or drink normal water, doesnt make large diffrence.

Thinking about doing a low carb kind of thing to lose weight?

For a low carb diet to work, you really need to stick with the carb limits, generally 20 grams...

You would really need to check the labels to make sure you don't exceed this limit... otherwise, you won't be in that fat burning mode...

Yogurt from whole milk has the lowest carbs as well as whole milk... you'll probably need to stay away from the granola and fruit (some berries are ok)...

For mayo, you may want to use regular mayo... when a food is made "low fat", the sugars are generally increased to make it taste good... and with a true "low carb" diet, you don't really have to watch your fat intake...

Might stay away from the bread and pasta... if you must, try finding diet bread or double fiber bread... but if you do this, you will need to reduce other foods you may have eaten during the day to stay within your carb limit.

Good luck on reaching your goal...

Is it good to drink tea? How about Ensure milk? (college student trying to eat healthy)?

I bought organic relaxation Chinese tea to drink in the evenings this winter when I come home cold and have to study. It has a teeny bit of caffeine in it which is important so I stop drinking espresso + Mountain Dew.

I also bought Ensure milk because I'm 5"1, and am 97lb. I used to be 94 and it's hard for me to gain weight. My doctor said Ensure has calcium + vitamins, etc. I bought the nutritional one to drink on days I'm super busy and the PLUS one that helps gain or maintain weight to drink once a week.

What do you think? I bought lots of chicken soup, chicken for making pasta/foods, healthy veggies to have every night at dinner, and fruits for breakfast meals, I bought sausage links, and fruits for lunch items, too.

Halloween Jungle Juice- Any ideas?

MOJO

Drink Ingredients:
1 qt light rum
1 qt dark rum
1 pint cherry brandy
6 cans light beer
5 cans 7-Up® soda
4 qt pineapple juice
2 bags ice

Intructions:
Mix all ingredients in a large container. Keep stirred.

Serve:
Punch Bowl

this is the BEST drink ever...and for the ice, i found a great idea (halloween) you take a few rubber gloves (no powder inside) in the gloves you put the fruit snacks (the chewy ones for kids) then you put water in the gloves then tie the ends of the gloves and put them in the freezer. when they are frozen, float in the punch bowl!!! (peel off the gloves first)

Which diet is good for a cold and cough: carbs, protein, or fat?

Not the Macronutrients rather than Micronutrients matter most when you are sick! When you have some virus or whatever, the most important thing is to get back on track and beat that sickness, right? So, thinking about carbs, proteins and fats won’t help you much get better. The vitamins and minerals (micronutritns) which you get will do the miracle for you. That spoken, you need to eat nutrient rich, high density foods. Eat veggies (greens), fruits, seeds, nuts, eggs and meat. The reason why your attention should be aimed at the micronutrients is because exactly these nutrients will help your immune system recover faster and feel better in shorter time needed. However, I will tell you the 3 most valuable foods tested multiple times with me and clients that works very aggressive and fast against sickness. These are:Garlic - honestly, I eat a ton of garlic when I have flue. What you should know about the garlic is that it’s one of the most potent natural antibiotics which you can eat. Take in mind that it’s highly aggressive and it’s a good recommendation to eat it with something which will decrease that. I personally eat it with bread. Sure, it’s not the healthiest food but like I have said above, the macronutrients are not the thing which you should be worried about. If you don’t like the bread, eat it with pasta, rice or potatoes to avoid stomach problems afterward. The most potent form of the garlic is when it’s raw and being chopped on very, very little pieces.Ginger - I will cut 2–4 centimeters of raw ginger and put it in my black or green tea. Other option is to boil a few liters of water with sliced ginger for about 20–30 minutes and prepare ginger water. Then just drink it throughout your whole day for maximum results.Lemon - I put it in water multiple times a day or in my ginger water.Hope that helps. Are there any okay-tasting, low carb/grain breakfast cereals without/low sugar (I use Stevia to sweeten)?

Cereals are grain products, and grains contain high amounts of carbs. Grains are basically seeds, and as such contain what is necessary for a growing plant to get to the point where it can start photosynthesis and extracting nutrients from the soil. Carbs and fats are efficient storage methods for the resources it needs to do that.So a “low-carb cereal” is almost a contradiction in terms. If you want to have a low carb breakfast, look past cereal, and go for things like eggs, or bacon, or the like.
