So this could mean that you healed and your soul is calling for love to enter your life again and thus so it desires a relationship. These thoughts in dream state may then draw from any old memory, reminder or person it has access to as to show you what your phyche wants, another relationship, another love, yet it shows you a past love to indicate that this is what you want now, but it didnt mean to imply literally with that past person, simply another person but to demonstate that point it was easier for the mind to pull from an expired past love and want as to demonstate its desire for a current love. This is because it was easier for the mind to use a fixed concept within you versus create this dream working and drawing from nothing, having to create a stranger, make up so much from nothing to demonstrate the point etc versus just pulling from something easily accessed through the memory bank. Maybe im wrong but when it comes to dream interpretation one must think along these lines.
