I think your question is a bit vague but I am assuming you mean tense muscle due to stress?When people are under stress they tend to tense up their bodies, shoulder and neck muscles tense up. Sometimes they unknowingly will grit or grind their teeth. Some clinch their fists or curl their toes.The best solution is first to minimize stressful situations that cause you to tense up. Do things that you enjoy such as fishing or bowling or working out at the gym.As for the muscles, you can use heat therapies such as hot tubs and saunas or heating pads (caution if you have high blood pressure heat treatments may not be advisable.)Massage is very beneficial at reducing stress while easing tense muscles.Meditation and yoga can also be used as ways to minimize stress and calm the body and mind during stressful times and situations.

Start Scheduling u r day… start putting things on paper .. worry lines indicate lack of planning and Tying to do lot of things simultaneously and not completing any thing.

Why are IT jobs so stressful? Is there any possible solution to change it?

Firstly I would like to state that all the jobs are stressful. The reason is we are employees and not entrepreneurs. We do not have freedom to make choices related to the assigned tasks and neither the deadline is set by us.In governmental jobs are also the stress level is high, for the people who are are honest. Same formula is at IT as well. Thought is “ Reward of good work is more work”, those who do not work are the one’s to utter yes for every new proposal of your boss. As these flatterers are aware how to have an escape and trap you every time in the rut.Job is never stressful, the lazy people with witty brains make it miserable for us. Their is always a solution to a problem. So the solution is that you please keep learning new technology by using platforms like Udacity, Edx, Coursera, at home. Also join CSI, to have an update that what is happening in your computer world.Act stupid at office, means do smart work not donkey work. Copy the parasites. Parasites are the one’s who are breeding on you and your caliber. After repaying your loan. Do not take any loan. Finally after getting a good experience, start your own consultancy, as no good company can give you a nice working environment, every where all these parasites are present. So kick off the 9 to 6 or 7 job, and work 24*7 for yourself, be your own boss. The fun for you will be watching that how all parasites together will be able to survive, may be they will start breeding on Top level Management……ha ha ha.You may not have the same fat pay package but you will be one of the happiest person in this world, there is a saying ”It is better to rule in hell than to serve in heaven”.Pursue your passion in any field, which you like as The Engineering degree is just a bachelor’s degree which you had to have, so do not get your whole life sucked up into it.Kumble is an Engineer but he wanted to become a cricketer, so he is a cricketer. We should do a degree so it can be any bachelor’s degree. That cannot be a label forever.Marvan Atpattu is a CA, but he wanted to become a cricketer so he is an excellent player. Stress is something that happens to everyone. Even a very well-placed person can face stress at some point of time. It is only when stress starts interfering in your daily life that it becomes a cause for concern. More than stress per se, it is how we take it that matters. Like someone said, 10% of life is what happens to us, and 90% is how we take it.Regarding whether stress is a bad disease, it certainly is, because as stress accumulates, it destroys the vitals. Most psychosomatic illnesses, such as rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure, hyperacidity and many others are linked directly to stress.Stress can be handled in a number of ways. I would like to suggest a technique that worked for me: mindfulness meditation. This is rooted in Buddha’s philosophy of being in the present moment to relive (going to the root of your worry) stress and handle it. Your present was the future some time back, and will be the past time later. So, there are many present moments, so goes this thought.Without going too much into the philosophical aspect, I would like to get into what this technique does. It lets you focus on every single breath of yours at a meditation session. Once you shut out every thought, past and future, during the meditation, you learn to come to terms to with the present moment. Trainers of this method suggest the practitioner to focus on a certain object during the meditation, which in this instance is the nostril. Be aware of only every breath coming in and going out of the nostril and of nothing else around you, guarding each inhalation and exhalation like a watchman. As you do this over time, you learn to live in the present, and this is the basis to resolving your anxieties and stress.This is the essence of this technique. This is the level at which I have understood the rationale or theoretical aspect of mindfulness. I have not gone too deep into the philosophical aspect of mindfulness, but one thing I can vouch for is that it helped me handle many physical manifestations of stress, like my hypertension, hyperacidity and what is called pitta (excessive bile secretion, which causes high nausea).I'm sure you should have trainers of mindfulness meditation in your neighborhood.
