Is anyone else having a problem with Quora only showing a few questions and not updating unless you refresh?

Yes

Is anyone else having problems accessing the Yahoo! avatars website?

There has been some problems the last few days. The avatars will be there for a while, another click later, its all those grey smiley faces. It would not probably be anything you did with an upgrade in this case.
With as many servers that Yahoo has on-line, they are bound to glitch out in a while. Could be transferring duties to other servers or going through some maintenance cycles.

It has knocked out my squirrel avatar so many tines in the last few days, I swear my squirrel had installed a cloaking device.

Is anyone else having problems watching videos on yahoo lately?

Ok, I have the same problem on 3 different PC's at my home, a desktop, notepad and laptop. Each has a different version of xp, all have IE8. All are malware\virus free and all have the latest updates. I tried the yahoo links via firefox and they worked with no problem. If I add static.ak.fbcdn.net to the internet restricted site list in IE the problem goes away. This is a workaround. If you keep static.ak.fbcdn.net in the restricted zone then Facebook will not work properly. I just remove the site from the restricted zone if I want to use FB. Another way to get around this is to put IE in compatibility mode for yahoo.com. This will allow the videos to play but not as well as the restricted list workaround. A lot of people are having this problem and seems to affect yahoo videos with an embedded FB icon on its page while using IE8 in my case. I am not sure if IE9 may fix the problem or Yahoo's IE 8 optimized. All I know is this just started for me in the past few weeks but has happened to others way in the past. No published fix has be documented that I can find. There are bunch of posts out there that will have you reset IE, update Java, Flash, manage add ons, modify the hosts file, etc. None of these had worked for me and in fact caused more problems in some cases. For now, I'm sticking with the restricted zone work a round,,,, good luck all.

Is anyone else experiencing serious problems with iOS 8?

A handful of people always seem to get teething problems after updates. There's now an indicator which shows which apps are using power. That might be a good place to start.

Having major problems with my Yahoo mail?

Test with a different supported browser. If you experienced problems in Internet Explorer, try accessing your Yahoo! Mail in Firefox or Chrome to see if the problem resolves itself. You can update your IE; try to get the latest version. If you have latest version and have problem, then get an older version.
Clean out your cache; go to your antivirus program and tools and select clean system now.
Also update your Java and Flash players.
Defrag system after all is updated and cleaned out.
Also you can try CCleaner.com, there is a free version of it, sometimes it will clean out stuff that the antivirus cleaner does not.

Windows Vista - Is anyone else having stable issues with IE Explorer?

I have Windows Vista and I use Internet Explorer all the time. It has never done this for me... And I use like 2 other computers with Vista, they are all fine. It's probably your Dell. Hope this helps, good luck fixing this problem! You might want to take the computer back for a refund (if possible) and see if that can help. Or you could "wipe it", which is what I do whenever my computer messes up. If you do "wipe it", here is how.

Start menu > all programs > system restore

Please note that if you do this, all pictures, music or other programs NOT installed when you bought the computer will be erased. If you do this, please use a jump drive to save these, then import them later if you do this.

Hope this helps and good luck!
