Anyone Else Having Trouble Accessing Yahoo Email Account

Is anyone else having problems accessing their Yahoo email account?

Hi,
Sorry, it is just part of the glitch in Yahoo!'s new format.

Thousands are having many different problems with their e-mail.
This applies to almost all areas of mail (including signing in, composing, receiving, sending, attachments, photos, etc.), original and beta mail, messenger and search problems.
Yahoo! is wrapping up a few remaining compatibility issues between Yahoo! Mail Beta (beta testing lasts for at least 6 months!!!) and the new Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.
1. You will have less problems with original mail if you sign in via Messenger! Go to preferences, general, then check box: Automatically sign me in when I click a Yahoo! link in Messenger.
2. Or if you don't have Yahoo Messenger:
Beta wouldn't let me in so I went to beta help and it said to click on my toolbar mail icon. So I did and it worked!
3. Or if you don't have beta mail:
http://wap.oa.yahoo.com/ can be used to sign into Yahoo!, then put yahoo back into the address bar and hit go. It will take you back to Yahoo! and you can open mail normally. Otherwise, you can open mail in wap, but it is blind. I had to go through wap each time I logged in.
4. BETA means TESTING!!!
So, it seems we have to stop using these two programs (if you installed them) or try to work around them until they finish wrapping things up. Your IE6 is still installed, so you just have to go to: Start, settings/control panel, add/remove programs and delete IE7. For Beta mail you only have to use the switch back option located in your mail inbox. Also, where you sign in by clicking on: Are you having trouble?. You can keep trying them periodically!
This link has a lot of good info that covers about everything on a PC: http://www.freecreed.com/home.htmlysreq=...
I hope this helps you.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Is anyone else having trouble accessing their Yahoo Calendar?

Same problem for me too, for several days now. Have tried three browsers, same problem. Have tried to get to it via different links, same problem. I wonder if there is a way to report problems like this to Yahoo developers. I don't know how to do that.

Update: After about one week now my calendar is working again. I have done nothing different, I assume they fixed it. Maybe they're having conversion problems and are afraid to admit it.

Is anyone having trouble with yahoo email today(8/19)?

I have been unable to access my email since last night, getting the "Error Code 2" message, and reported the problem, but since I had no other email account at the time, I don't know if they have answered me. I then opened a hotmail email account, and reported again, but still no answer.

Invalid AOL Account? Anyone Else Having Trouble?

Recently my aol account has been acting up. It was working fine until one day last week when I tried to sign on but just received the message "Invalid Account. Call Member Services." I then tried to log into my email on the aol website and received, "Error 11. Account Canceled." We have contacted aol multiple times since this occurred but with no avail. They can't seem to figure it out apparently. Has this been happening to anyone else recently? What action do you think would be best to take? There is important information on the accounts that are having issues with.

Has anyone else had trouble accessing the snagajob website?

You are not alone. When others were having problems at the site, the site's administrators said to "use a different browser". See if you can get in using a friend's computer if they have Firefox or Safari.

There is a good chance that the site is undergoing maintenance which is causing the problems. If so, it would be nice if they put a big banner on the home page.

Can a yahoo mail account for someone else be opened on my computer?

You can go to Yahoo.com and set up an account from ANY computer (that has internet access). When this person gets home she can go to yahoo.com to access the account she created. She just has to use the same user id and password she used to set up the account. It has nothing to do with the actual computer the person used to create the account.
