Can I use BPI Express ATM International card through Paypal?
I have an account in Bank of the Philippines Island) BPI Los Banos, Laguna Branch. I used BPI Express ATM International card as a Debit card for shopping in the Supermarket. I usually go to Robison's Mall or SM and I use my BPI Express ATM International card which it can also serve as a Debit card. I was wondering if some of you knows BPI Express ATM International card can also be use for Paypal business?
