Anyone Here To Answer Me Regarding Os Of Samsung Galaxy S2

Which one wins out ? Either iPad Air 2 or Samsung Galaxy Tab S2?

Originally answered: Which one wins out ? Either iPad Air 2 or Samsung Galaxy Tab S2?Both companies make great hardware with Apple having a little bit of an edge on quality. Samsung doesn't make software and is using Android while Apple makes their own software, iOS, and integrates it tightly with their system. This gives Apple an edge in multiple ways. The iPad is able to use resources more effectively which makes it faster even with less RAM. Samsung has definitely improved their SoC this time around but it still doesn't beat Apple's A series chips in a head-to-head match. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2's biggest problem is Android. Android has never been all that great on a tablet with fewer apps dedicated for tablets and a lot of weird quirks that carry over from upscaling a phone OS. So bottom line is you have great tablets with Samsung's being hampered by weak tablet software that doesn't integrate well and uses up more resources. The biggest problem I see with comparing them though is you're comparing a 2014 tablet (the iPad Air 2) with a 2015 tablet (The Galaxy Tab S2) that hasn't even been released yet. So we really can't know. If you want to be fair and rational, as you requested, you should either wait until both 2015 tablets are released and then compare them, or compare Samsung's 2014 offering to Apple's. It was no contest though and the iPad clearly wins that one. Samsung Announces The 8.0" and 9.7" Galaxy Tab S2 TabletsWhile Exynos 5433 is certainly no slouch, I do find myself wishing that Samsung had decided to use Exynos 7420. Not only is it faster and more power efficient due to its 14nm manufacturing process, but there's also improvements to memory bandwidth with the adoption of LPDDR4 memory. Samsung's tablets always seem to lag a bit behind their flagship phones, which is unfortunate for heavy tablet users. Samsung's listed specifications for the Tab S2 also seem to confirm that the HEVC decoder in Exynos 5433 is still not being exposed to the operating system, which is disappointing as someone who has begun to move some of their library over to the new encoding standard. That doesn't bode well for any potential matchup though. I suggest both you and your brother set aside brand loyalty and compare them on their merits. Samsung has always lagged behind in their tablet offerings and while I expect that this will be a fine tablet, it's not going to hold up against Apple's iPad or even their own flagship smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy Stellar vs. Apple iPhone 4?

I'm in between phones right now and I get the option of a free phone. I'm down to my last two options and I honestly cannot decide no matter how much I look up about both. Both have their ups and downs. But some features I really don't care about and some I do so I was hoping some users out there could help me based on these points:
- messaging (shamelessly, I text more than I call and I will admit to that)
- good camera (I love to take pictures; not just of friends but of vacations and scenery and such)
- internet/ wifi (I think randomly sometimes and love to look up questions I think up)
- apps (I'm not a big gamer, but I do like to have room for apps that I hear about)
- video (I guess this should go along with camera, but I love making videos as much as taking pictures)
- music (even though I do have the iPod 4, it would be nice to put music on my phone on the times my iPod dies or I forget it at home)

I don't know if that's all, but those are the main aspects. It would be great to have a phone that follows those points. Please help!

Can I use my T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II on AT&T?

Hey Cara, This is a very important question to ask. If we are not getting good service or quality of service from a carrier, we need to consider our options with the next best carrier. AT&T is the best option for you as your phone, being a T-Mobile branded phone, is a GSM phone and therefore will only work on T-Mobile or AT&T networks, it will not work on Sprint or Verizon. If you are phone is unlocked you will able to use it on AT&T, no problemo! It is just the simple task of popping an AT&T sim into the sim slot and boom! You will have service. However if it is a locked phone it will not be as simple as that I am afraid, Grrr! :( But it's an easy process to get it unlocked! If you're a pay monthly customer and you want to unlock your device:Your phone needs to be a T-mobile phone, which it is.Your phone must not be reported as lost, stolen or blocked to T-Mobile.Your account associated with the device must be in good standing. You have requested no more than 2 mobile device unlock codes per line of service in the last 12 months. The phone must satisfy all the Postpaid or Prepaid Unlocking terms outlined below:The device must have been active on the T-Mobile network for at least 40 days on the requesting line.If the device was financed using T-Mobile’s Equipment Installment Plan (EIP), then all payments must be satisfied and the device must be paid in full.If the device is on an account that has are under a service contract term, then at least 18 consecutive monthly payments must have been made or the account was migrated to Simple Choice no contract rate plan.If the device is associated with a canceled account, then the account balance must be zero.T-Mobile may request proof of purchase or additional information in its discretion and certain other exceptions may apply. However, if your phone is a prepaid phone this is terms for eligibility: The device has been active on the T-Mobile network for more than 1 year.If the device has been active for less than 1 year, then the Prepaid account associated with the device must have had more than $25 in refills for basic phones or $100 in refills for smartphones or tablet since device first use date.T-Mobile may request proof of purchase or additional information in its discretion and certain other exceptions may apply.I hope my answer helped you today. However if you need any help or assistance please comment and I will try my best to help you. :)

My Samsung Galaxy s6 phone vibrates randomly, even on silent/do not disturb mode and on in flight mode. Can anyone tell me what may be causing it?

my thinking is that your smart-phones vibration module is damaged/broken. So now it doesn't know when to and not to trigger a vibration & so vibrates randomly, as if it's got no brains. The other thing i think it can be is that Android on your phone is corrupted. This u hope it is as it can be fixed with a factory reset. Return the phone to default stock settings and if the vibrations disappear that is the likely cause. With Android corruption, files or data can change, for the worst, and things break down. It can be small things like this app not working properly, or system slows to a crawl...to big things like not being able to boot-up or a totally use-less OS etc. So in this case, ur phone vibrates for no reason at or when it's not supposed to cuz the 'System' has gone haywire, sending false signals to the vibration sensor or module...or ghost signals that don't exist.try to go into your phones 'Safe Mode' first. Google it if u don't know how to get in it. Then see if the symptoms remain, if it still vibrates. If it stops, then u know one of your Apps is the root cause. Safe Mode stops ALL user downloaded applications from running, & only system apps are allowed to run. If Safe Mode doesn't cut it, then try a 'factory reset'. This takes ur phone to stock, but u will lose all your data, unless u back it up first. Try to flash a new stock firmware if  u know how. hope this helps u...

Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 stuck on boot up screen, help?!?

i guess you have bricked your phone or something internal problem. its better if you claim your warranty or meet up a phone technician.

Step 1: Turning Off Your Phone
Because you have a bricked phone, you can't just hold the power button. So if your phone is not already off then you're going to want to take out the battery.
Step 2: Preparing Our SD card
Take out your SD card and put it into an SD card reader or some type of other adapter so that we can view it from our computer. If you cannot view the SD card on your computer then you're going to need a new SD card.
Download DREAIMG-RC29.zip and unzip the file.
Reformat the SD card to FAT32 and copy the DREAIMG.nbh onto it.
Safely eject the SD card.
Put the SD card into your device.
Step 3: Wipe The Phone
Hold home and press the power button.
When you see the image of an ! mark, open your keyboard and press Alt + L if you cannot see any command options.
Do a factory reset by pressing Alt + W or just using the trackball.
When the reset is done, go ahead and hold the camera button and select the reboot system now option with your trackball.
Step 4: Flashing The Phone
Once the grey screen pops up (or the white screen if your phone was rooted with JesusFreke) it will ask you to hit a button to start installing the image…press that button. DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO STOP THIS PROCCESS. It will take about 8-12 minutes.
When the image has completed the installation (it will say completed), go ahead and press the green, red, and menu buttons at the same time. The phone will reboot.

And your done! Your phone is now unbricked!.

ifts something else meet a phone repair center.
good luck

Can my Cricket Wireless Samsung Galaxy Core Prime get android 5.1.1?

Do Xiaomi phones get slower as time passes like Samsung phones? Would you recommend me to buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 for a long term usage?

All Android OS based phones will become slow if the user installs too many applications, especially the applications working in the background (background apps), because they consume memory and CPU resources. Android treats majority of threads with same priority level, this causes stutter and lags in times when the resources are depleted because the OS will try to free some memory in the process. The acceptable number of background apps depends on the total memory (RAM) and storage that the smartphone has.Regarding Samsung, the other cause for its sluggishness is not the Android OS mostly, but because of unnecessary apps preinstalled in it. The other factor is the problem with its TouchWiz UI (interface) on top of the Android itself. TouchWiz has several features unique to Samsung smartphones only (high end variant like S or Note series), which is slowing down the response of the OS itself. Trust me, I’m an avid Samsung user, but I still hate TouchWiz more than ever (always replace the launcher with Nova Launcher).P.S.: I have used Samsung Galaxy S, SII, SII HD LTE (Korean KT), SIII, Note II, Note 8, Note 10.1 (first gen), Note 3 Neo, Note 3 and S5.Regarding your Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 question, it is a great device which will give a promising potential as a higher class mid-range phone up to to 4 years ahead. Unless you want to use the heaviest 3D games in 3 years time, aiming for Mi5S would be more appropriate. In overall, MIUI offers much more fluent user experience.P.S.: I have tried Xiaomi Redmi, Redmi Note, Mi3, Redmi 3 Pro and Redmi Note 3.
