Does anyone know if McDonald's is going to sell the egg nog shake this year?
Most of them probably will, but they are most likely trying to use up the syrup from the other special shakes first. Right now the one I work at as of Thurs was still on the Arctic Orange shakes because we will lose money on the syrup if we throw it out.
Doses anyone know how long it takes to hear back from mcdonalds after the first interview for a job?
It shouldn't take long at all. But sometimes HR would indeed have lot on the hands that it might take them a while to get back to you or they can be still doing interviews and would be choosing after all is done. But the smart thing to do whenever you go to and interview and they have to call you for anothet one, or to let you know if the job is yours or not, you should and most give a follow-up call to HR about 2-3 days after. show that you are really interested and you never know what they might say that day. Go ahead and try it, but remember not everyday is sunday, so i'm not saying that this would work everytime, but its a good habit t o develop.

For a large business/ franchise like Maccas, KFC etc you need to be 14 and 9 months. At least thats how it was when i got a job at Hungry Jacks 5 years ago. Family owned or smaller businesses might employ you earlier.Best of Luck Job hunting

Any generic ranch style dressing would be equivalent. Not Paul Newman's version as you specifically asked not for that brand. If it's ranch then my best suggestion is a high calorie ranch dressing since Mc Donald's uses mainly fattening style dressings ( unless it's Paul Newman ) Just get to any local grocery store and buy a Seven Seas or Hidden Valley Ranch trademark Brand salad dressing with full calorie if desired

The "proper" answer is that McDonald's wants to "extend opportunies" to everyone and to project the image that they hire "without discrimination with respect to race, gender, sexual orientation, etc". The real answer is that minimum wage laborers may or may not speak english. As long as they can serve up a burger and push the appropriate pictorial button on the cash register at $5.15/hour, McDonald's could not care less what language they speak.
