Sword art online 2 is on Netflix but why isn't the dub with it?
SAO II has not been fully released on DVD outside of Japan yet. Only the first two volumes have been released so far (episodes 1-14 + 14.5). Volume 3 will be released on November 17, and volume 4 will be released on January 19, so you still have quite a ways to go before the entire series is available dubbed. Netflix won't add it to their library until the DVD/Blu-ray is released, but you can find TV rips online if you don't want to wait.

I’ve never dropped an anime that I thought was good. However, I have dropped plenty of anime that OTHER people think are great.Rascal Does not Dream of Bunny Girl SenpaiPretentious characters spouting even more pretentious dialogue. I want to take the stick up the author’s ass and beat him with it.(Dropped after episode 3)GintamaI get it. It’s suppose to get better the further in you go.But watching characters make shit and testicle jokes is, while not necessarily unfunny, rarely entertaining television.And I find it even harder to take the “serious” arcs seriously when 2 episodes ago when someone fell several hundred feet on the ground and was perfectly fine, then are now fighting for their lives in a desperate struggle. I don’t buy it.(Dropped in the early 20s.)Legend of the Galactic HeroesWatching characters of improbable intelligence win battles using nonsensical strategies, then having everyone around them being a bumbling idiot to make the plot move along is not very entertaining.The philosophy was interesting, but the actual writing was not.(Dropped in the late 50s, when I realized I didn’t care about the cult… or any of the characters.)Yada-yada opinions are subjective, you know the drill people say to reduce the backlash.
When is the anime sword art online 2 going to be on Netflix?
Probably not for awhile. Netflix doesn't add currently airing seasons to their library. If they decide to add the second season, then it won't be until it's finished. The latest episode was #6 and the show airs weekly, which means that it will be at least another 18 weeks (4 - 5 months) until the anime is finished. Also, there's no guarantee that Netflix will add the show at all.
Do accel world and sword art online take place in the same universe and should i watch accel world before season 2 of sao?
Accel World takes place in the same universe but 20 or 30 years later ( don't recall) You can watch Accel World before SAO2 or just watch SAO2 then Accel World. Accel World will reference SAO you will see why. That's all I have to say as anythng more is spoiling
