Anyone Wanting Information On Plexus

Why do I have this strange pain in the solar plexus during meditation last couple of weeks? Makes breathing hard. It never happened before and I practice almost a year now. It stops right after I finish.

Ok… this one is interesting…The solar plexus chakra, commonly to as referred “the third chakra”, regulates our energy flow through our energetic and physical bodies. In your case it is impacted by emotions.You are showing me that there is a great deal of unresolved grief, which came about through difficult circumstances with a woman. I see a mother figure, very angry at you, who would say mean and hurtful things. The part of you that would feel this wanted to cry, but you would not allow it. Ever since then, you have held the pain and sorrow in your body, and have not yet released those emotions.When you meditate, you shed the layers of distraction and attention towards other things and approach your true feelings and thoughts. The pain in your third chakra is you not wanting to feel the sorrow and anger of that memory. You are fighting it so hard that you are causing yourself pain.(There is also an element of “control” energy, which is what some people use when they attempt to control someone else into doing something. That can be a painful experience in the third, but it depends on the intensity of the energy.)In spiritual circles we call the energy we use to keep ourselves from accepting something in our lives “resistance”. You are resisting the memory of those events and the feelings that came with it.Next time you meditate, imagine a rose before you. You can make it any color you like. See it in your mind’s eye, turn it around, observe it. Make sure it is as clear as you can make it.Then… blow it up. See the rose explode into pieces, and disappear. Completely destroy it.Do this several times while imagining the rose before your solar plexus as it blows up. This is a simple, yet effective, technique to release unwanted foreign energies from our spiritual space.
