Apparently This Photo Is Tom Cruise Can Anyone Confirm Which Movie It Is From

Is Tom Cruise gay?

No stupid answers from me. I'm much older than 12.

According to nndb.com, his sexuality is a matter of dispute. I've heard the same rumor for years now. My wife believes he is in denial. Having said that, I used to hear t he same thing about Richard Gere but that was just silly.

I actually wonder if Cruise isn't bisexual in the same way that (apparently) Cary Grant appeared to be. I think he became a Scientologist to help him repress his true desires. (Scientology eschews homosexuality.)

The other 'evidence' is the many lawsuits that he has filed proclaiming that he is not gay. I don't know, but if I had rumors about me like that, I would probably just let it lie. After all, it's not like it's wrong to be gay. It's actually no big deal at all. One interesting point is that Liberace also sued many times in a vain attempt to dispute claims that he was gay. He was of course, yet the Liberace museum here in Vegas skirt over that one quite nicely. Mostly because that's what he would have wanted.

One last thing: the National Enquirer found an old copy of a gay man's magazine with pictures of a very young Cruise posing provocatively. Cruise's people denied that he had done any such posing, but later confirmed the fact once they were informed that issues with pictures do still exist. The magazine "Parlee" caters to an almost exclusively gay male audience in the New York and New Jersey area.

Why do people think Tom Cruise is crazy or a psychopath? Has he said that he is or done anything to prove it?

As others have mentioned, his Oprah couch jumping and Scientology beliefs are the main reason.I recently heard an interview with Cruise’s friend Simon Pegg (who acted alongside Cruise in Mission Impossible). He said that Cruise mentioned Scientology once in a conversation and that was it. There was no trying to convert him. He also said that Cruise is great fun to be around.I don't know Cruise personally, but in interviews I’ve always found him to be likeable and funny. Apparently he really is a nice guy and I can think of several actors who come across as being much crazier.
