It's all started with Sandro Rossell.He was the one who started signing big players instead of promoting home grown talents. He signed Neymar, apparently which was done illegally and as a result is at jail. But he made sure that the one and only, Lord Bartomeu continue his idea of destroying the legacy of Joan Laporte and Cryuff.Just to clarify things, I'm not against Cryuff and I have immense amount of respect but far we have come from his philosophy, that Barcelona is already destroyed, the evidence? Paulinho, Andre Gomes, Arda turan and many more. And there's nothing I and you can do about it but to acccept it.When Lord was appointed, this is what he set a motto for himself:“In our style [Philoshophy] we trust.” Bartomeu.Damn, sure, your trust is on a whole new level than ours, the like of trust which was never seen before.His only fault is his ambition, he wanted to build a legacy for himself like Joan Laporta but he chose the wrong path, to destroy everything Laporte and Cryuff had achieved and build anew. That ambition had brought him to a point where being under vote of no-confidence was launched against him even after 2 years of immense success, winning a treble at first season and many of trophies.His biggest mistake is/was he never had a sight in future, always was in present and wanted instant success. He signed Andre Gomes (I still believe adapt to the team.) Arda turan and Matthieu without thinking whether they actually fit our team or not. He just wants to sign flashy names and at that time Matthieu, Arda and Gomez were at top of headlines. He never signed anyone who fits the Catalan system (approved by Xavi.) and never will.Never treated team elders well and Dani left us even though he didn't want to. He still is a cule at heart (judging by his tweets and posts). The way the board blamed Pique after el Clasico was legendary.Should I even talk about how badly he managed B team and La Masia?????? The way he loaned out Samper (he's a great, intelligent controller) while Valverde clearly wanted him in his team is one perfect example of many (Grimaldo, Vitinho and many more).These big flashy signings are nothing just more than cover-ups for his stupidity, laziness and poor understanding of football. No matter what he achieve, he’ll always be hated.Far, far, far we have come from where we started and now, dwelling in total darkness, without a light. (This line basically means Barcelona is heading towards future without a clear plan.)
Why did Pep Guardiola leave FC Barcelona?
According to him in one of the interviews he said one of the reason he left Barcelona was he couldn't motivate his players anymore.Let me elaborate as to what led his departure, he got bored.He won everything at Barcelona, managed most of the football greats of the time, he won 14 trophies in just 4 years! That's the bright side of it the glory. The team suffered some setbacks as well their 2012 semi-final exit caused by Chelsea. There were cases of spats among players and between him and some player (Ibrahimovic) what? he likes to be famous! :PTo summarise he felt he had achieved everything as a manager he could at Barca, he could no longer keep that passion alive in himself as well as the team, and he wanted to prove himself in different parts of the world, to try his ideologies and tactics in some different team and countries.I think he has quite well achieved it in their respective leagues but yes haven't been such a contender in the European competition. Why does Iniesta have to leave FC Barcelona?

He also said he'd leave if he felt he couldn't give his 200% to the club. He doesn't want to stay just for the sake of staying.Not to mention that his budding family run business, Bodega Iniesta, will get a big boost in business if he goes to China, with estimated sales of over 2 million bottles a year.The Chinese do offer lucrative offers to rope in big names and Iniesta is one of the biggest of them all. The fact that he only earns around £165,000 per week for a player of his quality may come as a surprise to many, especially fans of English clubs because they know how much some of their players earn. Surely the Chinese offer would mean he can enjoy an even better retirement. FC Barcelona have signed Paulinho. They’ve told Samper to find a new club. Roberto is unhappy after the signing of Paulinho, and is looking for a new club. Is it time to stop following Barcelona? Because this is getting too painful to watch anymore.
Can't help myself from pitying the current situation of a club in which we all fell in love with, the team who played with UNICEF on the front, who played with a unique identity, who was more than a club, the club for which players like Cyruff, Ronaldinho, Koeman, Iniesta had played whom even the fiercest rivals loved and where the legends were made.Hard time is it for all the fans, after Paulinho inclusion in team and La Masia in such a dire state when we thought that things couldn't get worse than this, news of Sergi Roberto and Samper emerges. It breaks heart. Wouldn't be surprised if Alena, Palencia, Cucurella leave the club (hopefully they leave atleast on a long loan).Things wouldn't get any better till Bartomeo is President and Rosell and his wingmen are involved in Club in any manner.Till then, yes it is painful to watch.
