Arabs Taking Over Europe Read Details Pls Before Answering Or Don

How can Saudi Arabians/Arabs hate Pakistanis when i read this article?

To say that there are only a few Saudis/Arabs here on YA that have an issue with Pakis is incorrect. I strongly disagree with treating Pakistani people like they are servants which is so common from Saudis since they make up such a high percent of the foreign immigrant working class. This is simply a status issue in which one group (Saudis) believe themselves to be better than the other (Pakis).

In my case I have to say I have had nothing but terrible experiences with Pakistanis. I grew up with a lot of Pakistani "friends" who all turned out to be backbiters, back stabbers, cheap, thieves and terrible terrible Muslims who refuse to educate themselves on Islam, hold their cultural practices higher than their religion and engage in haram (fornication, drinking etc).

I'm not saying Arabs or Saudis are perfect, trust me I know it happens in other cultures but I have been seriously shocked and betrayed by Pakistanis in my life.

BTW all of the Paki women who I know who were pregnant did godh bharai - a HINDU practice. http://www.indiaparenting.com/baby-namin...

SAUDIS are a whole other basket of issues...

You would not believe the list of BS I have heard from Pakis regarding Islam
1) You can pray with nailpolish as long at is clear *despite the fact that it is still a barrier btw your skin and water so wudu' is not valid*
2) You don't have to pray or fast until you are 40 yrs old
3) Have godh bharai in your baby shower and it's ok because it is part of Paki culture to use Hindu rituals
4) According to them they are somehow all magically descendants of the Prophet (saws)
5) You have to make ghusl if you have a bowel movement

I can go on - those are just a few

Why do Iranians/Persians hate Arabs so much?

Why do Iranians hate Arabs so much? Farsi comes from Arabic and Iranian and Arabic cultures are very similar, so why so much hate between them? It has to be more than the Shia Sunni thing. And please dont tell me that they hate arabs because arabs occupied Iran. Persian empire did it in the first place and occupied arab lands longer than the arabs occupied Iranian land. I have read history from independent sources and this is what the history is. Dont get me wrong, I love Iran and Iranian people a lot, but I am just wondering, what is the reason for the hatred? Most Arabs I have met, praise Iran and Iranian culture, but most Iranians I have met, say they hate Arabs. I understand hating some Arab leaders, but I am sure most people in arab countries dont agree with their leaders either. Can anyone explain?

Will islam take over Europe ?

Those videos are made to breed nazis and nationalist.Islam cant even take over the arab world.

Which poetry do you like the best Persian, Urdu/Hindi or Arabic?

Persian poetry is in my opinion the highest developed poetic art form in the Persian language and among the other languages whose poetry I've read or heard. Persian is a language well suited for poetry.

Urdu, in my opinion is a really beautiful language as well and has produced great poetry. I enjoy listening to the adaptation of Urdu/Hindi verse in many Bollywood songs as well. While a lyrical and beautiful language, it doesn't as yet have the depth and breath of Persian or an equal number of great poems.

The Arabic language isn't really poetic in the sense of Persian and Urdu. It has a more "scholarly" feeling like Sanskrit and Latin and is good at producing relaxing and mystical feeling in the form of "mantras" or prayers, like Sanskrit and Latin again. I listen to Vedic Chants, Gregorian Chants, and Quranic chants and find they all produce the same meditative feeling- in a sense poetic- but not the flowing sort of emotional poetry as in Persian and Urdu. Many will argue that the Quran when listened to produces a sort of hypnotic feeling. Perhaps, but listening to Hafez and Rumi is intoxication and is like drowning in darya-e-khuda.

Why does Canada have immigration programs to let people into their country, but then is unwilling to give them a job? (Please read the details in the comment section of the question.)

I wonder about this all the time, there seems to be a miscommunication between the federal government of Canada and employers in the private sector. The government created these migration programs to bridge the gaps in the workforce (which is a good initiative, ideally). But employers are not willing to hire foreigners, even those with stellar credentials and experience. Even for the simplest jobs, Canadian employers just assume a foreign person wouldn’t be able to do it. It’s ridiculous! Now, don’t get me wrong, I understand that the federal government has no influence on private companies giving jobs, BUT If companies don’t want to employ foreigners, and they don’t need foreign workers, then what is the essence of allowing professional immigration? What really saddens me is that a lot of jobs in Canada are awarded through nepotism and not necessarily competence. I have witnessed Canadian people talk about it with pride as if it were a good thing. Also, I find that most job fairs that are tailored for “new comers” only include positions like bus drivers, warehouse labour, cooking assistant, parts assemblers …… Non-professional stuff! What is a PhD holder from abroad supposed to do when they see such jobs?! If Canada only needs blue-collar workers then the immigration programs should only be for blue-collar workers. Simple! The inflow of skilled workers from abroad has created a stiff competition for jobs and it’s driving down salaries. Companies are paying less and less in wages, while simultaneously increasing job requirements because they now have a robust labour market. I once saw a job advert for an ENTRY LEVEL position, with a measly salary, lots of academic certifications required and they still wanted 2 years of working experience!?? (How is that entry level?!). I think it’s a mess! Either the government of Canada should end these immigration programs OR develop joint programs with employers to ensure that new comers can get jobs OR only accept blue collar workers as immigrants. There aren’t enough professional jobs for the number of people coming in, this will only lead to an increased crime rate and increased demand for welfare support.

People find olive and light brown skin beautiful, do you find it odd that people with that skin color hate it?

Odd and sad. My Italian grandmother had a lovely light brown complexion, but she was always so self-conscious about it; she used to wear white powder to appear lighter (which, believe me, did NOT work). I talk to my mom about how funny it is, that back when she was young, she was treated poorly because of her appearance, but these days people WANT to look like that.

ADD:

@Fruity,

I think everyone goes through that sort of "self hatred" phase at one time or another. I remember at one point when I was young, I deemed all things Italian inferior (food, holidays, everything). Whenever my mother said SHE did something when she was growing up, I told myself I was too good for it.

Now, I am VERY into my heritage and Italian/Italian-American culture.

Are Lebanese people Phoenician or Arabic?

There was a DNA study made inside Lebanon directed by Dr. Zalloua and sponsored by National Geographic...Dr Zalloua and his team took DNA from Phoenician tombs and comapred it to more than 3000 modern DNA taken from men all over Lebanon. He found out that a certain percentage of those pple (around 25% only) had a genetic tie to phoenicians whereas the other had ties to ARab DNA, African DNA and European DNA (plz read the links below for more details). He also found that Phoenician DNA exsits in Malta, Spain, Morrocco, Italy and Tunisia amongst the people living on the coast.

So the answer is not all Lebanese are Phoneician only a small percentage of them are. Lebanon is a mixture of cultures and a land where many empires have left their mark.
