Are All Of My Pc Parts Compatible To Eachother

PC parts compatibility check ?

Ok so I m new to PC gaming/building and I m at a budget and I would like to know if my all my PC parts are compatible... Here s the list

Motherboard- MSI a78m e35
CPU- AMD Athlon x4 860k
GPU- EVGA GTX 950 SC
RAM- 8gb
PSU- Corsair 430w
HDD- western black 1TB
Case- corsair spec 01

Will these parts work with out any bottle necking or performance downgrade if not what do you recommend (GPU should be at the 40-50 fps) on current and future games

Are those PC parts compatible with each other?

Compatibility wise, all parts are compatible with each other. However, if you're not getting an overclockable CPU then why do you need an external CPU cooler or a Z170 board. Save that money get an H110 or B150 board. Use that money to get an i5 6500 or an Ssd. I5 6400 and 6500 comes with a stock cooler which is more than enough for a locked CPU.Also, 650W PSU is kind of overkill for this build, max of 550W is enough. Research wisely my friend before you spend that hard earned money.

How do I know if PC parts are compatible?

There is a website called Pick parts. Build your PC. Compare and share. and when you get the components you can see if they are compatible. Also, as a rule of thumb, most new Intel CPU’s jave a Lga1151 Socket while the new AMD CPU’s (Ryzen’s) have an AM4 socket. This can be useful if you are looming for a CPU cooler. 90% of the new motherboards use DDR4 RAM nowadays. You can see what RAM you need with this picture below. As you can see, the tiny gap is on a different place. Also, almost no computer uses DDR and DDR2 anymore. These are the basics. I’ll add more if you want me to.

Is my budget PC parts capitable with eachother?

The system specs you have listed are ok , I was able to toss together a much better system for a little bit more money . The fact you also need a monitor kills the whole idea of a value gaming system tbo . I would save a little bit more money to buy something similar to what i have listed below.

fx 6300 $120
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR212E-20PK-R2 $39
ASRock N68C-GS FX AM3+ $45
HIS H785F2G2M Radeon HD 7850 2GB $155
Kingston HyperX Black Series 8GB $57
COOLER MASTER i500 $45
NZXT Source 210 Case $40
lg dvd burner $20
windows 8 (ebay) $60
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM $69
Newegg $15 off coupon = AUGWINBACK = $635

For about $55 more you can swap the motherboard for a 970 chipset , replace the cpu with a 8120 8 core , and get a larger psu .

If you order with multiple accounts and break up your order into smaller parts you can use the $15 off coupons more than one time , this is only a good idea if you're getting free shipping obviously .

You can further tweak this system down in price with a lower end video card , smaller hard drive ,psu, cheaper case , and even cpu cooler if you wish , but i wouldn't .
All of these parts are priced on newegg.com except the copy of windows You can buy either windows 7 or windows 8 on ebay for 60 to $70 , If you want you can even get a pirated copy to save the money .

How can I know if computer parts are compatible?

Most use PC Part Picker.com Start putting together a system there and as you're putting parts together for your build, you'll notice that incompatible parts will be grayed out and thus won't be able to be added to your build because they're not compatible.  There are other websites, but PCPartPicker does it best and is the easiest to use, as well as you can save your progress. Aside from that, the rest goes from experience and simply knowing what parts work well together and what don't.  In other words, reading that Processor ABC has a LGA1150 socket, and knowing that you can ONLY use an LGA1150 compatible motherboard.  Beyond that, the graphics card and RAM is really based on the performance and what compliments your build.  What I mean is your motherboard may support DDR4, but that doesn't mean you can't use DDR3 RAM.  It simply means you won't get the benefits you'd get while using DDR4 RAM.  But PCPartPicker is your best option.  Either that or simply ask someone with experience if your parts are incompatible. Next to that, I like using UserBenchmark to tell where I may get bottlenecks from using high and low end parts.  It'll also give me an idea as to how my build should performPick Parts, Build Your PC, Compare and Share Home - UserBenchmark
