Are Applications Of Bad Character Made Whilst In Court

What are some characteristics of meth addicts?

Rather than the obvious signs of the homeless rock-bottom addict, perhaps it may be more useful to see some of the earlier subtle signs:-Weight loss despite junk food diet. They may appear pleasantly trim.-Bad skin-Very talkative, full of ideas. Can be intellectually interesting and engaging but at some point it feels they are talking at you more than with you.-No meaningful follow through on said big ideas.-Prone to irrational shifts into angry outbursts. These can be very quick and weird in normal conversation. -vanishing, unreliable to time commitments... Like not answering the phone all weekend, with vague explanations. In reality they were asleep for 3 days.-strange tooth decay, like along the sides of the front teeth. Teeth ground down.-hypersexual at times in risky ways-extremely clean house. Spotless bathrooms and kitchens. And yet there may be a nasty pile of junk hidden somewhere with piles of unfinished projects and found objects -spastic bird-like motions. If they are into dancing this might seem normal -rapid shifts in mood. They may go from sluggish and grumpy to quick and talkative after a short bathroom break.-weird hours in general. Like texting you at 5am with some sort of question -paranoid delusions. This doesn't have to be conspiracy theories and mind control, it could be extreme jealousy and accusations directed at you. Then it may get weirder with obsessions that various people or entities are watching them.-fascination with parts of objects.Contrary to expectations, there are severe meth addicts out there who hold down jobs and the appearance of normal life. In fact meth is a drug that can actually increase brain speed and productivity. Meth users are not stupid while high, but they end up irrational. They are dimwitted only when coming down. This makes the addiction very insidious as the addiction outsmarts the addict and the people around them in subtly sophisticated ways.

Can I "NOT" put a previous job on an application?

I got let go from my last job for testing positive for marijuana on a random drug test. On applications, it asks for your previous work experience, starting with your most recent job. I've had two jobs, and I'd like to not have to put the one that I was fired from down on the application. I can just tell them that I haven't had a job in the past year or two because I have been focusing on school. I guess my question is, can I NOT put my last job on the application, and basically pretend that it never happened? Is that okay or even legal? Serious answers, only if you KNOW the answer please. Thanks

What is the steps to enroll as an advocate with Bar Council of India?

It is easier for Satan to get entry in heaven than a student get enrolled with Bar Councils. In Delhi the procedure goes somewhat like this. You have to buy a form for Rs. 1000/- fill your information in it and attach copies of your marksheets, degrees, etc. Then you need two lawyers with 10 years of standing who are not related to you and who will vouch for your honesty, integrity, and good moral character, if you don’t find anyone, you are screwed. Then you take the form along with your degrees, marksheets, and character certificates to the Bar council office, where you have to pay around 9000 rs./- more for registration and your documents are checked and you are given a fee slip. Keep it with your self till you get your enrolment certificate and bar id card. Now, if you are lucky (read if you have influence as in you know the top lawyers) your registration will happen in two days maximum and you may not actually need to go and collect the card and certificate, it will be home delivered to you. However, if you are a average student with no contact then you will have to go once again to face the interview. In the interview there will be a committee of sexist, classist, and casteist morons who size up the female candidates and talk rudely to scheduled caste and scheduled tribe students. However, don’t fret they can do nothing, you have already paid your fees and therefore, they can’t do much but try to harass you a little before doling out the enrolment. Before that interview a long speech by a senior buffoon of the bar will be given to you which essentially says that we have sucked this profession dry, we have made it a curse for people of India, and we have brought all the bad name to this profession, now it is your turn to do better or worse

Can a company give a relieving letter saying something bad about me in it if I resigned from it?

Yes they can, but they are unlikely to put it in writing. It’s more likely that it will be kept to phone calls when future prospective employers ring.Moral: Only write things in your exit form that you would not be comfortable saying to a prospective future employer.

Can a person whos currently on probation obtain a passport to London?

I think you have a very comprehensive answer from "John B"
I've had probationers ask me over the years, if they can leave the country. My stock answer, after researching the question is; "I can't give you permission to leave the country. I can give permission to leave the state, but there is no provision for international travel permits for probationers.
I have had a couple of people who went ahead and took their chances, and there were no real problems. After one of my probationers recently took a vacation to the Caribbean, I got a call from U.S. Customs when he returned, but they were only advising me that he had left the country without permission, and since he committed no new crime while he was there, as far as I know, I won't take any action against him.
I would suggest that you discuss this with your PO. Most of us are human.

Can one go to law school school with a real serious misdemeanor conviction?

I know I'll probably be judged pretty harshly for my following question, but I'll pose this question anyway. I'll give full details. A couple years ago, I was a knucklehead and got myself into a serious predicament, namely I was arrested in a drug raid. I was subsequently charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent(Class B Felony) and Use of a Firearm in a Control Substance Offense. Because of my lack of a criminal past, and me being young, and a good student, and having a decent lawyer; I plead to a Class D felony possession, and was sentenced to 3 years probation, which I completed successfully. I then petitioned the court to reduce the crime to a misdemeanor and the motion was granted. My question is even though this is my only crime, it's extremely serious. I was wondering if I had a shot at decent law school or am I finished? I'll be graduating soon, and that whole experience has been the reason for me wanting to go to law schoool? Even then will C&F laugh at my application?

Can you get in legal trouble for catfishing someone?

If the cat fishing involves stealing someones identity without them knowing and they choose to go after you in civil court for some damage that was done to them, yes. That can be a hard standard to meet though. If, in the course of cat fishing someone, you manipulate someone into giving you things that have a monetary value and they can successfully argue that it is who you were pretending to be that led you to do it you may be able to get compensated in civil court. Arguing they would not of done it if they knew you were of bad character is not enough though, one can not get paid back for making a foolish choice-it has to be specific and tied to specifically to who you claimed to be and reasonable that the person believed you.For a criminal case against someone who catfished you there would have to be fraud as described by another answer or an age-based crime (for example transmitting explicit pictures of or to a minor) that comes into play when the real ages of the people involved are known. If I pretend to be 16, and you are really 16, and we are sexting but it turns out I am 20 I could be found guilty of crime(s).

My recruiter is threatening me with fraudulent enlistment . . .?

I am 30 and applied to army for OCS and scored in the 95% percentile and was completely honest about my bad credit and misdemeanor harrassmant charge from 5 years ago. I also mentioned how i broke both clavicles and all other medical stuff. So my recruiter asked me to get a copy of the police report and my credit history. while waiting for the police report I went to the navy recruiter to see if they had anything better to offer since my degree is in computers. the navy recruiter took me through the application questions and instructed me to lie about harrassment charge and broken clavicles. so i did. i passed the physical no problem. then i signed a paper with the navy saying if i was turned down for officer by army i would enlist in the navy. Then the army finally called me to check my clavicles(which were fine) and they wanted to schedule a full physical. i told them i already had one with the navy so they dont need to do another one. I also added that it wont include my clavicles because the recruiter said not to mention it. i also told the army my navy application doesnt include my harrassment charge. So army recruiter tells me he will request my records from the navy and if there is any discrepency i am disqualified and wont be able to serve in either branch. Please advise me on what to do. I know i shouldnt have listened to the recruiter or signed any papers. So army recruiter wants navy recruiter to call and say its okay for me to apply for OCS with army which navy recruiter has agreed to do. But I wonder if i should nullify my contract with the navy since it is fraudulent and go find a diffferent army recruiter that will be unbiased and try harder to help me get in.
