Tomorrow I have an orientation for a job at Best Buy and they said to dress business casual. I have no idea what business casual is and I need to know for sure. What kind of shirt would I need to wear and what kind of pants? I have a polo shirt and a dress shirt to choose from and I have a tie that matches with the dress shirt. For pants, I have jeans and slacks. What should I wear?

I don't know about sperry's (small town girl haha never seen them before) but I know that they will probably not count converse as tennis shoes. You would need something like a nike addidas asics mizunos or even a walmart or target brand tennis shoe. Basketballl shoes would probably be okay. Running shoes are definitely good.
