Why do so many conservatives and conservative outlets dislike California?
There seems to be a battle to the death taking place against the socialists. The reason is that California, and the West Coast in general, is becoming the place to leave as fast as you possibly can for any business. There are multiple reasons for this, as many companies have already started to migrate from Silicon Valley to Texas. Some people wonder why more and more Tech firms are setting up shop in Austin, Texas. Tampa, Florida, is also another chosen location. The advantages of both places is that they “fit” the non-establishment atmosphere.The socialists in the West are just going nuts. Seattle is now taxing $275 per employee to shelter “homeless” of which many are illegal immigrants. Portland has introduced the “inequality” of income so that they bring the “rich” down to the same level of the “poor” to make it fair. The questions is, why not rather raise the poor? Because communists don’t care about the poor. It’s all about hating the rich. Strange how they always get that one backwards. Lawmakers in Portland, Oregon have decided to attack the rich by imposing a business-tax on firms with extreme CEO-to-worker pay ratios They will punish companies for paying CEOs too much money, when what they should be doing is making sure that the poor get paid fairy.Why is it that areas ruled by democrats are the worst in the USA? KFC gives no break or sunday pay, is this illegal?
So i work at kfc, have been for about 6 months, and i and other co workers barely get breaks when this certain manager is on, i do 8-10 shifts and im only 17, what should i do? and we dont get sunday pay and on public holidays its not the full double time and a half, is this illegal to do? what should i do about this?
Hollywood pushes liberalism. Why, then was nearly every celebrity elected, in the present and the past, a Republican?
Hollywood does not push anything. It is a business for profit and they produce what people pay for.Some producers are politically active, but only because they are wealthy and have the opportunity to spend money on a particular cause, such as saving whales or forests or battered women. That is not being political, that is being a decent human being.Producers not only produce what people request, they produce what good writers produce. If they write stories about subjects that they care about or feel some degree of passion or love, is it because they are political? No, again, it is about being human. Not everything needs to be seen through a lens of left and right politics, or about a desire to sway governmental policy. Artists write what they see as true. It is you that interpret it. Comedians poke fun at the extremes so that we can laugh at the hippocracy of our stated beliefs versus our actions. That is not always political, it is an attempt to show truth. It is you that interpret the truth as an attack.How long must you insist that truth is an attack on your pitiful beliefs before you wake up to the fact that it is some artist's truth that you are railing against.Why do Conservatives fall for media-trained polished presenters? That is another story, but it usually has to do with older ones that have much wealth and passive income and want low taxes. A few become passionate about fringe issues along the way.
