Are Humans Apart Of Evolution

Is AI a part of human evolution?

THE ERA OF TECHNO-BEINGS IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNERWe make a mistake by focusing only on human beings. In fact evolution has a hidden agenda, and that is increasing complexity of the world, as a whole. The top target of evolution, in a wider perspective, is not limited to biology, because evolution is just a part of the universe own self-organizing power drive. This world’s complexity is now advancing fast on the technological front. That means that evolution, having created human beings, will now simply use us as tools to create, through technology, the real next step of evolution, a world of artificial intelligence, of techno-beings, that will take over the world and discard us as irrelevant. Humans made a big mistake by considering that evolution will always work to improve mankind’s lot. It may be so for a certain period of time, but the evolution’s real aim is tuned to create ever more complex intelligence. I think it the next step is to create intelligence beyond what humans can possibly have. Welcome to the Techno Beings world. Few people realize that the work of evolution has shifted to technology, and is no longer strictly biological. When you finally get to an intelligence level at least equal to humans and including self consciousness, humans might in a sense not be necessary any more. We might be considered too much of a burden. Evolution would have reached its ultimate goal: the creation of techno-beings really able to conquer the universe, free of biological restraints. Humans would just have played the role of intermediate beings. By using humankind as a stepping stone, intelligent computerized feeling-thinking techno-beings will able to project and build themselves and will replace mankind and reach for the stars. Not us, but our hijacked intelligence will be leading on those trips. We however will turn into an obsolete, discarded fading bio machines, slowly falling into oblivion, kept in some kind of tourist park.

When do humans get wings as part of evolution?

The question is inappropriate. You probably ment: when will humans get wings etc.In the evolutionary ladder, wing formation came much much earlier than the evolution of Homo sapiens sapiens ( modern human).Since evolution is always in forward direction ( never backword), the modern humans and the future humans will never get wings through evolutionary process. However, with the progress in scientific knowledge, they, if at all possible, may in distance future be able to move ( fly?) by teleportation.

What part does luck play in human evolution?

Stephen Jay Gould, the late evolutionary biologist, said that evolution was “Quirky and based on contingencies”.If you want to equate that with “luck” feel free. There are any number of points in natural history where any species, not just us, could have turned out very differently.Had the climate not changed in Africa…. Forcing our distant relatives from the forested areas into the plains… We might very well still number among the “great apes” rather than the genus “Homo”.There would be dozens of simialar “what ifs” in our past. The entire spectrum of life on Earth might have turned out very differently indeed had the Permian Extinction not happened…. Those life-forms that populated the Earth prior to this event were very different than those that evolved from the few survivors. (Over 90% of all life on Earth was presumed to have been killed off.)

Are humans messing up evolution?

Sort of.

I place blame on the people who knowingly have genetic issues and still have children. If it wasn't for them, 99% of our problems would be gone. Natural selection would simple weed them out, but nope, they'd rather ruin our gene pool. It's not that they should die, but rather for them to at least not pass on their potentially life-threatening genes to the rest of us.

Hitler tried to kill them/sterilize them (the people with genetic problems, not talking about jews and such) however immature people thought it was "taking away their rights". Grow up, people. You wouldn't want to be born with a horribly deformed body because we allowed genetically "sick" people to breed for hundreds of years, now would you?

Our ability to not die is brought by modern medicine which has been around, well, as the name implies only recently. So this issue of natural selection being gone has only turned into a problem just now, but people still insist that it has always been this way and have kids assuming there is no harm.

I'm not trying to sound like a nazi. I really do hope we turn out ok in 1000 years and we need to take this seriously. We don't simply have "backups" to reverse damage done. If our species turns unfit for survival we're doomed to die out.

PS: We didn't have "fur", it was and is still hair.

Are human races part of evolution plan to make human society more diverse and thus more healthy and intelligent?

Evolution doesn't have a plan. It's a natural process whereby genetic variation between individuals results in greater or lesser success in reproduction. That could be because individuals die before they can reproduce or that some individuals produce more offspring than others. There is no biological basis for race. Skin color is just a variation that provides an advantage in particular environments. Near the equator the sun's UV is stronger. Dark skin protects against harmful mutations caused by UV light, but at the cost of lower vitamin D creation. Skin color lightens as you move away from the equator because UV rays are less intense. Lightening the skin allows for sufficient UV protection while increasing vitamin D production. If humans had been unable to evolve lighter skin color we would have had much greater difficulty migrating out of Africa. So in that regard skin color, what most people use to define race, helps us be healthier.

Are humans an exception to evolution?

Every other species before us had to change to suit the environment.
Humans simply change the environment to suit ourselves.

Also we have hospitals and doctors that prevent people from dying which totally defeats the purpose of natural selection because bad genes aren't going away there just keep getting passed down.

Survival of the fittest also doesn't apply to humans as we let emotions get in the way..We just don't seem to be evolving anymore.
