Japanese import games are 99% likely to be Japanese-only. Sometimes if you're really lucky they have a little bit of english in them, especially if it's just a puzzle game so it doesn't need a lot of words. But an RPG or something? No way. If you can't read Japanese you need to wait for an English company to buy the license or hope that someone writes a fan translation... unfortunately there are an awfu lot of japanese games out there and most of them never get translated.
