No.sasuke is an uchiha and has his own sharingan whereas kakashi was given the sharingan by obito

OK First off, it hasn't been completely proved that tobi is madara, it is almost for sure but still mostly mere speculation. As for tobi/madara giving one of his eyes to kakashi, that isn't true. Kakashi got his sharingan eye from obito who was in his group as a child (obito was obviously an uchia, but died the same day he gave his eye to kakashi). some do believe that obito is tobi though. now to the question of tobi being related to sasuke, obviously they are related because they both have the shiringan, which is only passed on through their blood, thus family, so they are related in some way (unless tobi got his eye like kakashi did, but there has been nothing that has happened that even makes that a possibility)

Nope, you've got it wrong. The second hokage wasn't Kakashi's dad. The second Hokage was Tobirama Senju. While Kakashi's dad was Sakumo Hatake also known as the White Fang and is a well-known ninja, except he got shunned for saving a friend over completing a mission and because of that he commited suicide. So in no way is Kakashi blood related to Tsunade. Why didn't Kakashi go get Sasuke?

At the beginning, when he firstly took in Team 7, it was pretty obvious Sasuke was Kakashi’s favourite.In that period I believe Sasuke deeply respected his sensei for his abilities, but was also disappointed with him at some extent bc he realised he was treated differently than his comrades and also Kakashi was not that good of a sensei after all.When Itachi later retourns to the village searching for Naruto, panick gets the upper hand on Sasuke as he realise he is no match for his brother; from now on, for the whole Shippuden, I believe Sasuke loses all his respect for Kakashi (since Kakashi seems no match for Itachi either, therefore an unworthy sensei and nin in the eye of Sasuke).After all that happens in between, I believe adult Sasuke has come to an understanding of Kakashi as a person, also restoring his respect for him as a figure( and in his abilities too) after having fought along with him in the war and against Kaguya,Kakashi and Sasuke have many similarities: common lightning affinity, both fascinated by power, both coming from a noble clan of nin-warriors, both endured a really sad childhood and had lost at a young age their parental figures and so on.I don’t actually see fondness between them, also bc Kakashi treated Sas like garbage for some part of the Shippuden arc.Anyway, there’s respect for sure.

Everyone either loves Sasuke or hates him. Sasuke rejects society, whereas Naruto is rejected by society. His personality is derived from the fact everyone he has ever loved or known was slaughtered and killed, and his whole life was a lie up to the point he was too late to change his actions after killing his own brother. According to Sasuke haters, only emos and ******* grieve over the deaths of their family, being a victim of a generation of conspiracies, and having the weight of thousands of lives on your shoulders to avenge. Kakashi went through his immediate family's decease, and the decease of a potential lover by his hands. Unlike Sasuke, he did not let the deaths of others affect him in a way that knocked him into insanity with screws loose. He is able to take life like a joke when it needs to be, and at other times relay sage-like advice on others. Kakashi grew down, basically, instead of growing up. He started as a grim, strict, narrow figure, where he then opened up to philosophical views and down-playing life to a necessary extent. These two people are very similar, but also very different. A similar past, but different outcomes. Sasuke's past has driven him into an asexual state, where he neither has time for girls or boys. Kakashi on the other hand, is a pervert towards women. Both of them are admired by both men and women. Sasuke was driven into a state of psychopathy, where he may or may not now be learning how to understand things more openly, and as it was revealed, it is the curse of the Uchiha to be driven down this path. Kakashi was driven into a state of understanding, and level-headedness where he can mentor those around him. He is also a prodigy. In shippuuden, he achieves abilities on par with sages. I like what Sasuke is capable of, and his more prominent role in the series better. On the other hand, I like Kakashi as a person better.
