Are My Thighs Fine .

Im 13 and I hate my thighs. How to get rid of them?

Okay I am 13 and I weigh 128 pounds...I am about 5'4" or 5'3" (I don't exactly know my height)..
I have a pear shaped body, and it's so ugly. I want to lose my thigh, butt, and arm fat. I'm fine with the rest of my body. I can hide stomach and arm fats but FAT THIGHS are just those things that you can never hide. I hate how everyone in my grade is skinny and perfect and I'm just this ugly fat chick. When I look at myself in the mirror, right away the first thing you notice about me is my THUNDA THIGHS.

For once I want to be skinny (like 95-100 pounds) and not have to worry about body fat. I just want to be normal and not worry about my chubby features. Any tips on how to lose these fat?

Like certain excercises and foods I need to stay away from?

smack in the middle of my thigh, i took measuring tape and wrapped it around around half way in my thigh, and i got 19 - 19.5 inches....is this fat?or what should i do? helppp

How to shave very fine hair on inner thighs?

I have no problem shaving my legs smooth. I do have a problem shaving on my inner thighs. The hair is very fine and it takes repeated strokes over the area with the razor and then it becomes irritated and causes razor bumps. Does anyone know the trick to make it easier.? Its annoying to have smooth legs up to that point and then have gross hair there. It looks awful and its embarrassing. I want it all smooth. Is there anything that really does prevent razor bumps?

Your thighs look fine for your height. You are healthy.
It's not realistic to compare them to the model, who appears taller. The body compositions are not alike, and unless you grow substantially, you won't achieve this kind of body type.

Why is my lower legs hairier then my thighs? ?

I think everyone is like this. The hair is there to keep your body warmer and you need more hair on your lower legs because they're farther away from your torso. I shave my legs up to my knee, I don't even usually have to shave my thighs.

My thighs are super thin and the thigh area of my jeans are too loose while everywhere else fits fine, how do I alter my jeans to fit my tiny thighs?

Probably the easiest way would be to alter the inseam of the jeans.Have a helper pin the inner seam of the jeans where you need to make them smaller. Once you get them how you’re happy with them, go ahead and restitch the seam - take small amounts - you can always do more if you are not happy with the first pass. Don’t cut off the fabric until you have it the way you want it. Once you do, trim off the seam, zig zag the edges and enjoy your custom fitted jeans!I am assuming some sewing ability and a machine. If you don’t have either, a seamstress could do the work for you.

My upper body is in shape but my thighs are very fatty and big ...so how can I reduce my thighs .I am doing running of 3km daily only?

This is a great question and I'm so glad you asked it!When I was in college, I was on the track team and we used to have rigorous weight training workouts. We lifted a lot of heavy weight on our legs and I had some HUGE thighs-muscle of course. But then one day I saw a photo of myself in a mini skirt and I was shocked to see how big my thighs were! They were completely unfeminine and I didn't know how to change them. My coach always told me you can't "spot" lose weight and he also told me that when you lose weight, you tend to lose it from top to bottom which is why many people have fit arms but fuller legs. Here's what worked for me. That summer, I took a summer school class and I lived a mile from school so I would walk to school in the morning and walk back after class. I would walk super fast in the morning (not at all fast on the way home) and I took really long strides-not because I was trying to get exercise, but because I didn't want to be late! LolThe summer school class lasted five weeks and during the first week of classes, and the last week of classes, our rec center offered free yoga classes which I decided to attended. The first day I saw my awfully huge legs in the mirror. I stood in the back but seeing them in the mirror made me cringe so I never went back to yoga. After the summer school session was over, my girlfriend talked me into going to the same free yoga class because she didn't want to go alone, so we stood in the back and I caught a glimpse of some girl in the mirror with skinny legs and realized it was me. I was amazed!!The moral of the story-walking with long strides for a mile once a day for 5 days/5 weeks really shaped my legs. My inner thighs haven't touched since and I never would have known that walking could do this! I just happened to walk so fast to my class and little did I know, I was slimming down my thighs. It was a great surprise!!Hope this helps!

Am i overweight....are my thighs or waist big?

You're really fine at the moment. And besides, if you do have a little pudge, it will disppear. You should hit another growth spurt soon, making the "baby fat" disappear. I know that from personal experience. However, if you do want to exercise, just do something very light at first, then progress. I suggest buying an ab ball and a small trampoline. These exercises that very fun and can help you burn up to 200 calories a half hour if you work out vigorously!
