Are Nike shoes made in Vietnam fake?

Most Nike products are made in China, some are made in Vietnam. Will buying fake Nike that is made in China and buying real Nike that is made in China make any difference? i read an article from Fortune magazine last year. It is not really fake because some are produced by the same factory in China. For example: Nike company in US ordered a company in China to make 100,000 pairs of sneakers but the company somehow produced 125,000. the extra 25,000 pairs are not authorized by the company and therefore are deemed fake by the Nike. So the question: Is it really fake? Actually made in which country will not determine which is real or fake , it just that china have too many fake stuff so ppl think of china sure everything fake. Made in China is cheaper , coz labour and raw material dam cheap. Made in Vietnam is a price little higher cause of labour , raw material factor Made in US is expensive cause labour and raw material dam ex Actually regardless made in where , is still the same design , just pass around Then someone copy it and produce themself , then it become fake goods , fake goods lack of QC (quality control) and use cheaper material , that why we say fake good dont last long. The above example is correct , but the extra not deem as fake , it just that eg. someone order 10,000 pair , they will mix about 25 - 40% of cheap material goods(fake) , the % of fake goods is determined to how jerk the in charge is. It would not be surprise if 70% are fake stuffYou did not investigate whether Nike industries has a Southeast Asian branch, if they do then it is not fake, the only one fake now a days are the unscrupulous middle men who manufacture label brand such as this one, and sells them abroad. So it is hard to tell now a days who is fake and who is not. Now that China has entered in the picture every brand is being manufactured, the color, style...etc without the knowledge of the legitimate owners. Just because it is make in Vietnam it is already fake, how about if it is made in China? or Singapore? or Burma? One of my instinct is the price. If the price is cheap then it is fake, because original's are expensive. So just follow your instinct.

Do Nike Free shoes run small?

Nike claims it to be true to size, but I think the right answer would be: it depends on your feet type. If your feet tends to be a bit wide, I would recommend going up for half a size. I have some pairs of Nike Frees and as my feet is a bit wide I had to buy half size bigger - yet a friend of mine who has a leaner build went true to size.

Are Nike Thea trainers suitable for running a marathon once in a while?

The answer by Eric Hunley below is bang on, shoe comfort is highly subjective. Some people run barefoot over the marathon distance on road or trail terrain. If I tried that for more than a couple of km I'd be hobbling for a couple of days. Many others now use minimalist shoes (Nike Free, Vibram 5-fingers, etc...) and are quite happy with those. Again, if I tried that today for more than a few km I'd be in pain.Others have trained with and prefer high stability or high cushioning shoes. Those shoes work for their gate, stride and degree of pronation/supination; and they are what the runner is comfortable with. For myself, right now I'm running Saucony Kinvara's for road and Xodus' for trail. They are a "natural running" running shoe with a comfortable 4mm offset (both road and trail). I'm good for marathon on the road and ultra-marathon on the trail (just 50km, not the extreme ultra-marathon races, never tried). But that is just what works for me. Go to a good running store where they will do an assessment of your stance and stride. Talk to them about types of shoes that work best for you based on your history, how you stand, how you walk, and what the wear pattern on your existing shoes is like. Then try on a bunch of pairs and walk/run around the store. Then buy a pair and get out there and run.Good luck.

How can I wash my Air Force Nike white shoes? Can I put them in the washing machine? With what settings?

You can wash your Nike white shoes in the washing machine. Kindly do the following. First, clean all non-knit surfaces becauseyou're going to want to get any excess dirt that can be scrubbed off of leather or rubber out first. Then add washing powder. A handful of decent washing powder should do. This should be followed by the measurement of 1/4 cup of bleach. If you’re having trouble understanding that measurement then you should know that this is about half of what you would use for your bed sheets. Now you can set the washer to a warm regular cycle. When it comes to shirts, tees, and other sensitive clothes, we always wash on cold. But for these shoes, warm water cleans better than cold water. You can ignore the clanking sound as the washing machine is actuated. After it is done, air dry the shoes overnight. This is because they will be wet and will smell like bleach.

Are Nike Tavas good for running?

I would not recommend running any distance above 2 miles in Tavas.Tavas are intentionally geared toward casual/fashion wearers, and at most, they are meant to be used for light workouts and cross-training. Nike has superior foam and cushioning technologies available at the same price point as the Tavas, such as the Nike Free 5.0 Running Shoe and the Nike Pegasus 31 Running Shoe. The Free 5.0 is a very flexible and responsive running shoe for short distance training and speed training, while the Pegasus line offers superior cushioning and support for runs in the 5k to marathon distance.Again, it is POSSIBLE to run in the Nike Tavas, but it is not your best choice if your primary intended use is distance running. I can also make many other running shoe recommendations. Feel free to ask me any questions in the comments.

What type of goods are Coca-Cola, iPhone or Nike running shoes? A democratic luxurious good?

Hi there!I don't think there is a name because you're not really mentioning one particular thing. You're mentioning many different things and trying to group them together. The items such as the Coca-Cola, iPhone and Nike trainers. They're all aimed at the conspicuous consumer. A conspicuous consumer is one who buys goods purely for the social status that is associated with them. 'Cool' coca-cola. 'Super expensive, cutting edge technology' iPhone, 'Trendy to be running' Nike. This leads to invidious consumption, the deliberate conspicuous consumption of goods to provoke envy in others, asserting one's socio-economic status. This then goes on to heuristics. People making assumptions based on what they're told to think or believe. iPhone will be the best. Quality always costs!Coca-Cola, biggest brand, it's gonna always taste the best!Nike, been winning competitions since the world began! All these things together equate to what you mentioned in your question. I don't think there is anything that really differentiates these goods from other kinds of goods other than the social influence their companies have. They make you believe that they're significant in some way, when in reality they aren't.Will

How can you properly wash Nike Flyknit?

I've owned a pair of Nike Flyknit Free 5.0’s and this is how I wash them.Step 1Soak in warm water to get dust and excess dirt off.Step 2Use a warm cloth with soap on it to scrub off sticky dirt. To get out rocks at the bottom, use a dirty toothbrush with soap applied.Step 3Dry by putting newspaper in, or using a blowdryer on warm. If you're using a blowdryer, make sure it's still mildly cold, never hot. If you use newspaper, just stuff it with newspaper and leave alone for a day.If all else fails, put them in the laundry. The material of Flyknit is similar to clothing material, so just set your laundry to low tumble so it doesn't rip anything. Never dry it with the laundry, it will shorten the lifespan.
