I've seen a Pisces guy staring for at me for 2 mos. We've only said polite words as we've held the doors for each other, and after he picked up my pen. I thought he was shy, but he's able to talk to anyone but me. Recently he smiled hi as we passed through a door during the last min of break. I wanna talk more so I'll approach him on break. Afterwards, would it be too soon to give him my cell and say he can text if he has hw ques.?

Unless I know the person or I'm comfortable around them, I'm shy, especially if its at a party setting, or club, bar etc..so either he is comfortable with those specific females, or he over came the whole Pisces shyness and lack of confidence which I doubt. Also depends on his other placements mars etc..so he is either uncomfortable around you, or he likes you allot, hints the looking at the floor and avoiding eye contact.
