Plastic surgery is very safe nowadays. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS. Do plastic surgeons deny some patients surgery?
I had an interesting chat with my surgeon last month when I was talking to her about a minor revision that I’m getting ready for. The root question is: “Will it be worth it?” It’s a haunting question for me and one I wrestled with for months. (For context, I have an anatomically shaped breast implant that’s turned sideways and deformed the pocket it sits in. Makes it look like my left breast is stuck in a push-up bra at all times) The question has been: If we open it back and screw with it, will it be better enough to be worth going through more surgery and more recovery (plus more $$.) The answer, from my PS and almost every other PS I talked to was that there would be enough improvement to merit the effort.And here’s the thing that’s relevant. When I asked that, my surgeon’s response was “if I didn’t think we could improve things from here then I wouldn’t do the surgery.” That’s comforting to hear.Surgeons may have any number of reasons to refuse to perform a surgery. Maybe the patient’s goals aren’t realistic or obtainable. Maybe there are contravening medical conditions that significantly increase the risk. An ethical surgeon should deny patients for whom surgery is not advisable. Whether or not any given individual is a good candidate for a given procedure is something you’ll actually have to discuss with a surgeon to know.
How to get free plastic surgery??
I can pretty much guarantee that they do NOT give away their services for free. Every patient is a potential lawsuit, you know, and they are not going to incur that risk without some serious financial gain. Many plastic surgeons run their own OR, and that costs plenty. S/he also has to pay the nursing staff, buy the supplies, cover malpractice insurance costs, overhead, etc. If you got the surgery for free, the surgeon would be out hundreds to thousands of dollars. The only way to get free or reduced cost surgery is to work for a plastic surgeon. Usually after a year or more, you cna start getting discounts. If you work for one for a long time (10, 15 years) you might start getting stuff for free. Either that or marry one. They always work on their wives.

My best friend recommended me to Hospitality in Turkey for my nosejob :) First I was skeptical, because I can't speak the language and have never been there before.. But I was curious so I called the number I found on their website. I was helped in English and was impressed by the openness and courtesy. The first thing I did was to research on Google the names of the doctors and hospitals (like Acibadem, Memorial.. and a lot more I can't remember) they gave me and compare the prices with the prices of Berlin. And I have to say my little research quite surprised me and I decided to travel to Turkey ! But nonetheless the Hospitality Team stood always by my side in order to help me with the language and translation. :) I have never met such hospitable people ! :) Not only the Hospitality Team, also the doctors and the Turkish people. And the result? It is impressive ! It's 1:1 like I discussed with my doctor. The price is much lower than in Germany and at the same time I had a short holiday trip to Istanbul - btw: very nice city ;) And after I returned to Berlin they called me to make sure if everythings ok :) Don't know if you already got your second nose job but it could also be a solution for other members. :)

The military offers free surgery to active duty members( just a side note that while I was in, there were probably six females getting breast implants; they had to pay the cost of the implant themselves). Unless you are at a facility that is small in size, you may find yourself being operated on mostly by a resident with the attending coming in at some point during the procedure. Especially if you are at a Medical Center of some type. Center is synonymous with teaching facility.I will share that while I was in the Army another soldier had a tummy tuck. As a certified surgical technologist having sixteen years of experience I’be been in on a fair amount of abdominalplasties. Most times everything is fine and the outcome is fantastic. However, I'm not quite sure what happened with this one girl but she lifted her shirt and showed me where it appeared the surgeon had taken muscle out and she was concave in appearance on her abdomen. I would never have understood had she not shown me what they did to her. I was shocked.She was getting ready to have her contract end (ETS) and she was finally able to get seen by another plastic surgeon to have them fix her situation. There wasn't persay discipline action that happened but the doctor who was supposed to be attended in the case then mysteriously deployed to Iraq for six months just about a month after she filed a complaint.Good luck and choose wisely you only have one body.
