I won’t get into whether or not subliminal messages actually work. I’ll just answer your question.Depends what you are trying to “insert” subliminally. If it is good and godly for you and your relationship with God when you are awake then it is also fine for you when you are asleep.If you’re trying to fall asleep listening to godly worship music, then that is fine. If you’re trying to fall asleep listening to an audio Bible, then that is fine. You’d be wanting your final moments as you drift off to be focused on God which is a good thing. I do this with prayer every night.Now what if it’s not necessarily godly, but worldly? I wouldn’t. It may not be a sin (it could be though depending on what it is) but it is still worldly. Why focus your mind and/or your subconscious on this thing? Does any other kind of teaching bringing healing, restoration, or growth better than God? Of course not!Also just because a “teaching” or “pastor” calls itself Christian doesn’t mean that it is not full of toxic beliefs.
