okay surprisingly I just recently found out about Jared Leto's weight lost.
He explained on Jimmey Kimmel that he put on like 60 pounds for a movie and lost it all by only drinking water with lemon juice and cayenne peppers.

Hcg diet side effects?

I just started taking hcg drops and was wondering what kind of bad side effects could it cause. I am not worried about 500 calorie restriction. That's no problem. Just curios as to the side effects. Any suggestions on how to make this diet work even better is appreciated.
