It was when I went to college. 10,000 girls in my approximate age range, living away from home for either the first time, or for not very long in their lives, surrounded by tons of things to do.Was it easy to get a girl? Totally. You’d meet them in class, in clubs, at sports, at bars, at the student center, in the library, at the dining hall, at dances, at fraternity parties, at sorority parties, at rush, at volunteer events, you name it. Girls were everywhere. And there was another (mostly girls) college nearby, Radford University.Most guys are timid. They want to know the answer before they approach a girl. I was a little different. I got dumped hard by my HS girlfriend within just a few weeks of leaving for school. I LOVED the shit out of that girl, and it really hurt me. In fact, it hurt so much that I couldn’t feel any rejection from anybody else. So I wasn’t afraid of rejection. Whatever a girl might say to me could not begin to compete with the pain that already constantly surrounded me. Only SHE had the power make me feel bad, nobody else.So I would introduce myself, have some fun, get a date or get laid. And if this girl wasn’t receptive, that one was. It didn’t matter to me, as long as I found the girl attractive. Yeah, I got rejected, but I got a ton of acceptances too.There was a real lesson that I learned in all that, and it helped me get all the dates I ever wanted after college too. Why are college girls nicer?
I live in the UK so in case some one from America asks, i'm not sure if College in the UK is like College in the US. :/ Basically I have never really had a good time at school. In my first school everyone bullied me and/or ignored me same with my second. But not long ago I went to a Bridging day at a college, which is a day where you pretty much go to college and try different lessons out, and well, some of the girls there were actually pretty mature, well the girls I talked to were, but no one mocked anyone or anything, it was actually peaceful, it may have been because we all just met and everyone was pretty shy but, well I was kinda expecting another few years of depression or something. :P Some of the girls actually seemed to take interest with me, but I guess its just a suspicion. But I'll tell you what happened anyway, I went to Maths for the first period, two girls came in wanting a space and well it was packed but the teacher made space, one was made to sit across the room, and another was told to sit near my friend, instead she sat next to me, we didn't talk too much but when we did she laughed at almost everything I said. Then again in Chemistry which was 2nd or 3rd period I met them again, this time with loads of space but instead of sitting at a empty desk they both sat across from me so we were facing each other, I kinda took interest in one (which was the one that had to sit across the room in Maths) she was actually trying to talk to me, even though there were other people for her to talk too, e.g. her friend. When she wasn't talking I caught her looking at me a few times too, although it may have been because I couldn't stop staring at her. :P So why are College girls nicer? And what do you think about those girls? Were they just being friendly or did they have a little love for me? (Probably not but I have high hopes! :D)
What kind of clothes do girls wear for college in the USA?
I am a citizen of India. And I m here in the USA to visit my brother in Indiana. This is my second trip to the USA and being a fashion student I m always observant about the fashion trends going on wherever I go and it's so much to fashion here.Fashion is very casual and comfortable and is never over the top here.So as what I observed wearing short dresses or skirts is no big deal here. And not necessary that just because it's easily socially acceptable here everyone has to flaunt it.Girls wearing it to college is a question here,yes, girls do wear but in Summer mostly. I think as I traveled it differs according to states in America as well depending on the weather and season. Because here people desperately wait for summer and spring as the weather is pleasant and people like to take suntan.

Forget about it. Concentrate on doing well in your classes, so that you will be able to provide for your children. We all have different levels of income, different gifts/blessings, and different crosses/burdens to bear. These girls will not get far in life if they base their happiness and self-worth on their material things and fleeting outer "good looks." The guys who are attracted to them are probably just as superficial as you describe these girls to be. Why would you want to attract a guy like that. Better to work toward your future and raising your children with the right values. Chances are you will "run into" a good guy with the right values if you adjust your focus. God Bless!

Because your at college, It goes both ways. I am a 22 yr old "Nice guy" and the reason I dont ask girls out in college is because that is not what most college girls want. I have tried making something serious happen on a few occasions but have had no luck. When I just try and hook up with people its much more successful. College is a very tough atmosphere to start a relationship. If you don't want to just hook up with people (which I applaud you for) then you need to be looking for the right guy, which is tough, and you also need to be setting the tone by being straightforward with whoever your interested in. You will have a lot of success if you just tell the person your interested in that what your looking for.
