BREAK IT. keep scrolling down please.Literally don’t break it. actually it is the only thing that comes in your mind when you get fed up with your phone! isn’t it the one of the greatest temptations?well i don’t care about your phone so i’ll also advice you to break itthe most simple and effective advice that i can give to you.BUT ,the thing is- IS IT REALLY GOING TO WORK?lets assume that you have your phone broken or just say you had a breakup with your phone(smartphones are considered as girlfriend now a days). you and your phone are not together now.okay now you think you are going to study well because you don’t have the distraction.A BIG NO my friend,now you have got even more distraction that you had before.now it will feel like you have your broken heart and your 1st love (i am talking about your phone -_- don’t get carried away)is lost somewhere in this cruel world.if you don’t believe me then just try it once.now coming to the question(you are almost carried away on your phone -_-) how to stay away from the phone ? hmmm still a big question!okay, let me tell you one thing.YOU DON’T NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM YOUR PHONE TO STUDY.What the hell are you talking about?calm down man i am talking about the facts. yes, this is a fact that you don’t need to stay away from your phone to study. what do you do on phone by the way?WHATS APPFACEBOOKQUORAjust ignore the last one. it is useful actually.okay no more joking .THE THING IS ACTUALLY YOU NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR PRIORITIES.read the above sentence twice. priorities here include your status both on social media and real life. have a strong will power to study, not to resist your phone. its not actually your phone that is distracting you, its only an easy excuse you are making to avoid studies. social media is the thing that is distracting you. the efforts you are making to resist your phone, try that energy on focusing on study.make a compatible study cum social media schedule so that it won’t feel like a breakup. try to being creative in your studies so to retain interest and take short breaks if you still find it difficult. don’t ever use social media in that short break, instead try out listening songs,drink water or whatever your hobby is and then get back to study.I don’t know much about rome or paris, rather i would sayTAJMAHAL WAS NOT BUILT IN ONE DAY.don’t give up and keep trying,once you have developed the consistency then you’ll find it very easy.cheers.:-)
