Are There Any Vegan Girls Out There

Guys, what do you think of vegan girls?

They're great, but I'd rather have a vegan (or vegetarian) guy.. if you get what I mean..

Where are all the hot vegan guys?

Come to Yorkshire in England, we have a LOT of HOT young Vegan guys. If you attend green events, environmental campaigns, voluntary work and courses where there is shared food, all the food is generally Vegetarian or Vegan. Everybody brings a Vegan dish to share. Join green courses if you are looking, you will find the HOT Vegan men who can also cook.

At our last one it was the hot Vegan males who did the most delicious food; homemade hummus, breads, cakes, halva, dips, cordials and sauces. One even made me my own Vegan fruit cake to take home. It was incredible just melted in the mouth.

Often if you do voluntary work there are local social events attached to the groups too. Some have their own social clubs. Choose the right environmental voluntary project (such as tree planting, creating gardens, youth projects) you will have your selection from a lot of single, HOT Vegan men who are caring, physically active, can cook and are socially minded. There are usually a LOT more males than females volunteers at these sort of events and usually there is a lot of after work socializing going on.

The Vegan guys tend to be young (up to age thirty) but there are a handful who are mid forties who are single who attend my local events. Be careful though, they may be delicious to look at but they are full of life and can be too hot to handle, at times even us middle aged marrieds have to fight them off!

Do vegetarian/vegan girls wear lipstick?

not all vegans and vegetarians are that strong animal rights. i have no clue. But i do know they use alot of chemicals in makeup. i tihnk its bullshit that they go as far to say theyre from animal parts and fats. maybe in the old days when they used whale blubber.
i also want to note i am in fact a vegetarian.

I like a vegan girl, but I really love meat. What should I do?

I suggest being yourself. Have you ever seen "Run Away Bride?" Probably not so let me recap. This lady fell in love with many many men then runs away at the alter. We are talking about like every eligible man in a town. A reporter heard about her and came to investigate asking everyone in town about this woman who dated everyone but wouldn't say I do. He always asked "what kind of eggs does she like?" To every man she dated and they always said what kind of egg was their favorite was hers as well.Lame? I know trust me im going somewhere with this.Like her, dont be someone who changes something as trivial as what you eat because of anyone! Be yourself! Enjoy your burger while she eats her veggie burger. ( just an example ) now if meat disgusts her, like it does my mother, try to not get this biggest juiciest thing on the menu. Usually something like chicken quesodillas or something the meat is hidden is a good thing for a first date. Also let her know i like meat, but i respect youre decision not to eat it. Hopefully she will respect you right back!Edit: I forgot to say, hopefully this is obvious if so I'm sorry but I'm not a vegen but I can't handle people eating something that is the animal in just dead form like a whole fish, lobster etc...stay away from these on your nights out!

Why do so many vegans quit being vegans?

To be honest, I don't know why so many vegans quit, but I can tell you why I did.I was vegan for about a year and for the first 3 or 4 months, it was great. I would eat countless fruits and vegetables every day and my friends would always comment on how healthy I ate.It was a great ego boost because being a teenage girl who hasn't always loved her body, being seen as healthy was the greatest compliment I could have ever received. Sure, I missed eating pizza with my friends or not having ingredient lists floating around my head all day, but everything was fine. At least it was, until I got more busy with school and swim team.Almost everyday, I would forget to bring lunch to school and so I would end up eating a small packet of baby carrots for lunch from the cafeteria. This went on for a month or two until I began fainting often and would have to sit out during swim practice because I knew the moment moment I jumped into the pool, my body would shut down. For a while I wanted to just not be vegan anymore. I wanted to be normal again and healthy again.I began eating animal products again 2 weeks ago, and doing that was scary. In the past year I had built much of my personality off of being 'the vegan girl'. Now, 2 weeks later, I've stopped fainting. The constant headache I used to have is gone, and I can finally enjoy a meal with my family without the overwhelming need to check the calories and ingredients in everything.Being vegan is a great thing, and it works for some people. It just didn't work for me and I am much happier being a vegetarian now.

What would an ideal diet for a teenage vegan girl look like?

The main thing is to eat a well rounded diet with plenty of leafy greens, fruits, legumes and whole grains. It's important that she gets a vegan B12 supplement as it is the only nutrient that can't be found in any vegetable source. Iron is important but as long as she is eating plenty of dark green leafy vegetables she'll be fine. It's important that she realize that just being vegan doesn't necessarily mean that she's eating a healthy diet. I could eat vegan nachos and cheese and a vegan chocolate cake for every meal and turn into an unhealthy lard-ball or I could choose to eat fresh veggies, fruits, legumes and whole grains every day (which I do) and stay healthy and lean (which I am). I've been a vegetarian for 37 years and a vegan on and off for about 5 years. It can be a very healthy diet at any age if you're conscious about it. I recommend reading Jeff Novick and Rich Roll for lots of great info about healthy veganism.

Do non-vegan guys find vegan girls unattractive?

If this is true then my male friends didn’t get the memo. Ridiculously attractive vegan girls are my secret weapon when I convert my meat-eating guy friends to veganism. No one likes having someone preach to them. If you show slaughterhouse videos and statistics on the meat industry’s contribution to global warming to a meat-eater then their eyes will glaze over. They just don’t care. On the other hand if you appeal to someone's sexual self interest they are much more likely to pay attention. Especially if their self interest is personified by someone who looks like Renee Somerfield:The most effective method I know to get guys to convert to veganism is to bring them to a popular vegan restaurant. Every time I do this they sit down and immediately notice how many ridiculously attractive girls are around. Anecdotally there seems to be about a 3:1 ratio of attractive girls to guys at most vegan restaurants. I play wingman and introduce my friends and say that they’re thinking of becoming vegan but they need some support. It doesn’t matter whether this is true or not. Guys will play along every time. This is their first step and it helps them to realize that being a vegan doesn’t mean deprivation and suffering. It actually means that you get to eat delicious food and hang out with wonderful (and ridiculously attractive) people. I have several guy friends who are fully vegan now as a result of my sneaky method. Some people might criticize their commitment to veganism since they converted for such a superficial reason. Once they convert to a plant based diet though they notice all the other benefits. They feel healthier, lighter, and more energetic. One of my friends who'd suffered from chronic constipation for his whole life looked at me with a shocked expression after his third day of eating vegan food and said “I can't believe how regular I've become! Third time today!” TMI dude but I’m glad you’re vegan now. Most importantly they start to pay attention to the cruelty of the meat industry. Whatever gets people in the door is good for me.More gratuitous pics of beautiful vegan women to prove my point and increase upvotes:More Renee SomerfieldSophia MiacovaJanine JahnkeNzinga YoungPhew! Is anyone else in the mood for tofu burgers right now?

I want to date this vegetarian girl, what are the do's and Dont's?

When I first met my gf (lifelong vegetarian at the time) I was an omnivore, and what I did worked out pretty well for me, so here's the tips I can think of:

-What everyone else said about not trying to make her eat meat and being honest if you know something has meat or another animal product in it. If she's been vegetarian for a while, eating meat could make her seriously ill, since her body might not be producing the enzymes necessary to digest meat anymore.
- In the process of discovering what she can and can't eat, you may end up discussing the merits of vegetarianism vs. omnivorous diets. To prepare for that, google "Defensive Omnivore Bingo" and "Defensive Omnivore Bingo II" -- they're lists of arguments vegetarians and vegans hear all the time that annoy us. If an argument is in there, don't use it, and if you must use it, be prepared to get smacked upside the head.
- Keep in mind that she probably gets grief for being vegetarian from all sorts of people -- including omnivorous family and friends. Try not to be another one of those people.
- It certainly won't hurt to try vegetarian food occasionally when you're with her. If she likes East Asian food, I'd recommend finding a place with good crispy tofu, or if she likes Mexican, try a place with a good bean dish -- be sure to ask how they cook their beans and rice, though.
- Never ever ever say her food looks insubstantial to you. It just makes you look stupid.
- She probably doesn't eat meat-based broth (chicken broth, beef broth, etc.) -- that's one of the things that I find most commonly trips omnivores up when trying to feed a veg*an.
- If you're not sure whether she can eat something, ask.
