This guy. I'm a regular guy with a regular body. I work out and exercise lots but I am nothing special or unspecial. I’m short but well proportioned so people often say I look taller than I am. I'm not lean, not fat just carry a little around my midsection, which I'm always struggling to lose.The thing is I just like thongs. Both for underwear and swim wear. I like the feeling of the sun and water on my whole body. I don't like to be nude, I'm not against nudity but its not my thing. I like the support a thong gives me and I like the tan lines I get from wearing one.I'm a straight man, I love women and have no desire to become one. I love women wearing thongs too. My gf wears one when we travel to the beach and I really enjoy that.I am NOT an exhibitionist. I have asked my gf if people are looking or offended by my skimpy suit so I can cover up if too much offence is being made (so far it's been fine). I'd like it if nobody paid any attention to what I do, but I have watched many a thong clad woman walk by so I guess it's a little karma.I wish more men would wear them so I'm not the only guy walking around in one. It depends on what you want in a beach. Lots of people? None at all? Amenities, like food trucks or restaurants? boardwalks? These are some of my favorites.Fort Tilden is a decommissioned army base that's now part of the Gateway National Recreation Area, operated by the Department of the Interior; this is national park land. It's beach. Just miles of sand and fairly rough surf. No concessions, life guards, board walks, and while it does have bathrooms, they're a bit of a hike in from the beach itself. It also has hiking trails and abandoned army buildings, which are interesting, and it's an easy car ride, located on the Rockaway Peninsula. There are buses (you'll have to look at a map) so it isn't impossible by public transportation.Jones Beach is an amazing public beach. There are buses available. Boardwalk, restaurants, concessions, and people watching are all available. It's Robert Moses at his best.Montauk is a little bit further, but the Long Island Rail Road goes there. It's pretty amazing, in that "Land's End" type of way; beaches at the end of a spit of land are always worth visiting.Available by public transportation, do not overlook Coney Island. There is nothing serene about it, except in the dead of winter; I go all year. It's fun, boisterous, with lots of food and beverage options, rides, tons of people having fun, which is always infectious, and yes, sandy beaches. Q, N, F and D trains all terminate at Coney Island.
