Do men prefer women to wear heels or flats?

I like this question a lot. Then I saw there are 39 answers but still I needed to say something after reading it, so decided to answer myself.First, all depends of every guys reach, possibilities, if one can allow oneself to choose. I know for a fact that every guy prefere high heels. Reasons:legs look longer and more masculine (in a good way)ass looks tighter and positioned up, giving workout lookfeet itself looks sexy tooIn oposit, flat shoes, especially with shorter girls (not to add ‘chubby’ to the mixture), make them look far worse then they really are. There are few thing that always add to better looks at girls, even one that are not hot. For me, those things are:french manicure and pedicurehigh heelsattitude in terms of girls self esteemnice teethIf girls keep these things in order, she’ll definitely attract more attention then without it. I’m a selective guy, I really go over the line with details, but when these ‘attributes’ I see on a girl, I need to check her out . If she is, on top of this, charming, I’m hooked!Girls, You are so beautiful! We, guys, think so, but need you to believe it too!kisses for all!

Girls...heels or flats to graduation?

graduation is in 13 days, im debating between heels or flats. the only con to my heels is that theyre the pointy kind, and about 2 1/2-3in tall. they match so well with my dress, but graduation is outside, and theyll sink into the ground as im walking. i could put more weight onto the front so that it doesnt do it as bad as if i was just walking, but should i take the risk? or get flats?

Should I wear high heels to a job interview?

Hello, fellow woman in architecture! I somewhat resent that picking out work clothes is such a careful process, but the dilemma is real. I hope I can help. For an interview, it's important to put your best self forward, emphasis on self. To make the best impression, you need to feel comfortable. If you wear heels all the time, go ahead and wear heels. If you never wear heels, your interview is not the time to reinvent yourself. Maybe wear better, more fashionable shoes than normal, maybe cute but practical 1″ heels, but nothing far out of your comfort zone. The stereotype at design firms and schools used to be quirky shoes; I’m not sure if that's still the case, but architects are a pretty forgiving audience regarding shoes.I understand the inclination, especially if you're young, to feel like you should emphasize your “design” self. Again, just be yourself. Conservative dress has a place in architecture too. If you're one of those fashion-forward types who sews their own clothes, have at it. You don't need Quora’s advice in that case. If you're not, don't pretend to be. Dressed nicely, no matter what the style, is nice and respectful of your interviewers.Where do I fall? Well, I wear jeans any chance I get, so interviewing is a bit like playing dress up for me. I always wear a skirt and jacket combo. I find skirts and dresses are more forgiving in a way that pants are not: slightly loose or tight pants just look off. Now that I'm a grown up, I like to shop for that kind of thing at BCBG or Club Monaco: dressy but not stuffy. If that's not in your budget, you can achieve the same and fancier looks by digging through places like Century 21. My shoes are generally low or chunky-heeled.Here's my take on the image in your question:The left outfit is common in architecture firms — more common in corporate architecture firms, maybe worn by a Project Manager. The middle outfit does not look like an architect’s outfit. The firm's legal councel might wear that. The right outfit might be worn day-to-day, though not at an interview. I wouldn't wear it at all, because I make an effort to not look sexy. Our industry is 75% men. I wouldn't say that dressing conservatively necessarily helps you in any way, but it's a matter of finding what makes you feel comfortable.Best of luck on your interview!

Why are my flats making me bleed?

Same thing happened to me last time I got a pair of really cute flats except both my heels bled. What I did was buy heel grips (a gel like pad that you stick to the back of your heels...that you can take off or on anytime) and stick it on the back of the heel that was loose and made me bleed. So your heel gets a break and its so comfy because its gel and it fills in the little gap so when you walk your shoe doesn't slip off.

I think it justs the manufacturer and the size is probably not the right size and the heel is too hard. However, it can be fixed with heel grips sold at any local shoe store or even the grocery store. Plus you can reuse the heel grips for any other uncomfortable shoes or flats! and the heel grip doesn't slip off unless its like super old and isn't sticky anymore

Good luck on those heels! =D

What kind of heels can I wear with a saree?

Heels are a tricky part of any look and they can make the complete look either hit or miss. But as with the saree one plus point is that it is not visible and you can wear any type of heels if you want. But make sure you wear heels and not flats that too before draping the saree, so that you can keep the length of the saree accordingly. But some of the heels that go best with sarees are:Kitten heelsPumpsHeeled sandalsWedgesStilettosPeep toe

Is my 8th grade grad. dress cute or is it too plain?

i know i already ask this question but i need more opinions! and also would it look good with flats or not?
