I'm skinny but i have fat legs?
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
How can I get skinny legs in a week?
Walk 5-10 minutes to warm your muscles. Stretch for at least 1 minute per muscle. Jog for 15 minutes. Break into a jog every chance you get! And try to drink lots of water in order to stay hydrated. Go biking or cycling. Cycling around is a great way to burn fat and substitute it with muscle mass. By some estimates, if you weigh 130 lb (59 kg), you can burn anywhere from 325 to 550 calories per hour, depending on your speed. This makes cycling a great way to lose weight. There are several ways to use a bike to get skinnier legs: Biking around casually. Bike to the grocery store instead of driving. Bike to work instead of taking public transportation. If you bike casually, going about 11 mph (17.6 km/h), you can burn 275-450 calories per hour, depending on your weight. Use a stationary bike at home or at the gym. Because this is a bit lighter of an exercise, expect to burn anywhere from 250-450 calories per hour, depending on your weight. Do a spinning class. Spinning classes are butt-kicking but definitely worth it. The advantage here is that you burn a lot of calories: a 145 lb (65.8 kg) person might expect to burn about 750-1000 calories per hour of very vigorous spinning. On the other hand, spinning can be quite monotonous and you'll have to push yourself for maximum results.
I have extremely skinny legs and i hate them? How can i make them look normal?
Years ago I took a step class at a fitness club and noticed that in a very short period of time my calves became firm and muscular (within 30 days) and that I was not able to put on boots easily anymore. You might try getting a stepper (most fitness stores should have them) and work out routines are on the internet or they come with a DVD too. I am not kidding, this worked very well in firming up my legs. Some fitness clubs or college campuses have Step Classes too if you want to do it in a group.

Im 5'4 and a size 10, I have quite skinny legs and I often find Topshop jeans just arnt skinny/tight enough to the leg! Does anyone know if these jeans come tight or are they just normal 'skinny' jeans?

I am skinny but not too skinny. Out of shape i guess. I have big arms and boobs but have ugly skinny legs that i am embarrassed about. How can i get bigger legs without making them look nasty like a female body builder? I want to have nice big legs so that i could at least feel sexy, and want to show off my legs with some nice shorts for the summer. I cannot even go out in jeans without feeling like im walking on toothpicks. Please help, and also what can i eat that will benefit my health, to help get the body i want to have?
