Please identify what are the parts of a computer harware?

The main parts of a computer ater the CPU, monitor, keyboard and mouse. There are also add ons like scanner, printer, blue tooth and infrared port, webcam, etc.

Do I need a case if I'm building a computer?

Besides all the good and negative reasons people already gave here, let me give my 2 cents:Why you want to build a computer without a case? What will be your main use for your computer?Short answer: You can. But should you?Example: I had for several months a computer working 24h/7 with no case, all the stuff was just in a small support table near my desk. The reason was, I was having problems with hardware and I need to find out what was wrong. I do have my computer space in a very private room with no children or people hanging around that could damage it, so I was safe.Who uses computers with no cases? People on youtube that do tests and benchmarking, overclocking and so on. Even those use normally a test bench. That way everything is easy access and its fixed.Reasons for not using a computer with no case (in particular if you going to game or use overclocking:Dust, it gets everywhere no matter how clean your environment is. Dust covers the electronic parts and generates more heat and reducing the life span of the chips and other components of your hardware.Cooling, unless you going to use a water cooling system, you need air to cool it down. Also remember even in a case the air in it, is at the temperature of your room and gets even hotter because a PC can generate about 100 degree CÂș.Do yourself a favor: Even if this is your first build, why not learn to build it right? Get a case with at least 2 fans, 1 intake 1 out take. Learn to build a PC inside a case, learn where all the components will have to go.It is easy to let everything laying out with just cables passing, but trust me, a case is a must.If you want to learn more just check these guys on YouTube:JayzTwoCents - Water cooling, testing, reviews overclocking and teaching.LinusTechTips - Tech in general, talks about everything about computers, testing stuff, builds and so on, and they look like jerks but they are funny. My preference is for Jay since he is like me and do builds for over 10 years (I do longer since I am older) but he has a very simple way to explain things where he assumes you do not know nothing about even if you do.

Can u charge a nokia 6120 on your PC usin USB and how? answer asap 10 pts!!!!?

You will just need to plug the USB into the computer - which must be on and plugged in as well - and plug the other part into your phone. It should automatically charge.

There may be something that comes up on your screen about syncing your phone, but don't worry about that if you're just charging it.

Omegle Problem ASAP HELP!?

You can either hope the cops can protect you in time, or carry mace, pepper spray or a stun gun or something for self defense. Dunno what to tell you. Hopefully it's just some bored computer savvy kid sitting in his grandmas basement getting kicks out of being able to do a traceroute or something. Could also just have been a friend messing with you. Be safe

Important ASVAB question? ASAP PLEASE!!?

I found out today that the math and reading portions of the ASVAB are only to see if I qualify to be in the Air Force (in my case). I was always told the the mechanics, general science and auto shop portions wont really matter as long as I do really good on the other portions. So I've been studying my butt off for only the math and English.

All but one of the jobs I really want and find interesting are mechanical jobs. They are:
1) Aircrew Flight Equipment Apprentice
2) Air Transportation Apprentice
3) Vehicle and Vehicular Equipment Maintenance Apprentice
4) Still Photography (not mechanical)

And by doing research today I found out that the score that I get on the Mechanical Comprehension, General Science, and Auto and Shop section will determine if I get a job there.

So is there anything I should really be studying to guarantee that I can get one of the jobs I want? A good study guide, book or website?

I finally get to go see my recruiter Monday and I know Ill only be taking the math and reading parts for the practice test but I still want to be prepared for the other parts for when I take the real thing.

Pleas no smart answers I'm just looking for some help so I can try and get one of these jobs that I'm INTERESTED in.
