Sekirei season 3?!?!?!?
So far there are no plans for Sekirei III at this moment (no news..... nothing). There is no issue of anime catching up with manga because season 2 was mostly a anime original series. It stopped following manga around the time of Kagari's wing arc which was in chapter 66 (even the first part where Kazehana was winged after a ridiculous turn of events, in manga she was winged at the bridge where they fought in season I). So far over 150 chapters are out so that much is more than enough for an anime adaptation Season 2 left a bad taste for the fans that were following manga because animators tried to show their creativity where it was unneeded. Anime studio cornered themselves with anime original material and may be that is why there is no Season 3 even when 2013 is ending.
Will there ever be a Sekirei Season 03 ?
Ok did you buy the official release of Sekirei both seasons? If not than do you have the heart to help the animators. Sekirei 2nd season was a really bad series no matter how you look at it, it was a filler season with random BS. Sekirei manga is getting close to its end so there is very little hope now for another season.
When is Sekirei season 3 coming out?
I loved that show! As of now there's no plan for a season 3. And we had to wait like a year between season 1 and 2. I don't think it's a top seller in Japan, which is what would make for another season. But we can hope. Also, the show caught up to the manga at the time it was made. So there's always a chance they were just waiting and not wanting to do filler episodes. While you're waiting for more news I recommend reading the manga. The characters are better explained, the design is slightly different, and you'll get to know what happened after season 2 ended! There was so much left out of the anime though I would tell you to start at the beginning of the manga instead of at chapter __.
Where can I find Sekirei Season 3, English dub?
According to the DVD commentary for Season 2, the third season has been announced, but I can't find any confirmation on it. Based on the previous two seasons, if there is indeed a third season, it'll probably be aired in Japan sometime this summer, then dubbed anywhere from six months to a year later in North America.

OK so I been huge fan this show ever since I first season. I been hearing people that there not making a 3rd season for past year. Then this year I been hearing news that sekirei season 3 of the anime could be released sometime in 2015 but I don't no I been seeing blogs seeing anime sites saying this could happen honestly I hope it does. But people been saying it coming out bc there done with the Manga of almost idk. But anyone have any news on sekirei season 3 ? Love the show

Why wont they make a sekirei season 3?
"Why" is likely "because it would not be profitable." The manga series has fallen off from its peak of popularity, and the last anime was produced a couple years ago. Had season 2 done well enough to justify season 3, then season 3 would likely have followed within a year. As it stands now, the manga isn't popular enough and the anime is a fading memory. This doesn't guarantee that it won't ever happen. Inuyasha picked back up with a final season many years after the previous anime season ended. Fairy Tail is supposed to be coming back from hiatus soon. So it is theoretically possible, I guess. But, keep in mind that those two are mega-popular manga series that easily outsold Sekirei even at its peak. If I had to put my next paycheck on the line, I'd bet that there wouldn't ever be a season 3. @M

Uzume dies in manga as well but the way it was shown in anime is different from the way she died in manga. Season II was mostly anime original series, so you should start reading somewhere from chapter 48 when Kazehana was winged (she was winged after a ridiculous event in anime where as in manga she was winged at the bridge where season I ended). Uzume can only be bring back when Minato wins the Sekirei game. In current chapters Sekirei is showing the Third Phase of Sekirei plan and Minato and his party is engaged in a fight (haven't read Sekirei ever since Chapter 130. I wait for the time when at least 20 chapters are piled up cause the number of pages in this series gets lesser with every new chapter, curretly its like 10 to12 pages in one chapter). BQ : By killing some fan favorite character you earn the sympathy and support of fans for the protagonist and hate for the antagonist, its the simplest formula every writer uses.
