I look at the time and say I will give myself a break in 1 hr 30 min. I work diligently and when its time for a break, I do something active..Like jumping jacks..or dance to a favorite song.. or if im in the library I get on myspace and fill out a quick survey for a bulletin. Then, its back to studying. I am a big fan of using highlights or colored markers. If your notes are nicce and organized in a way that works for YOU, you are more likely to focus on the info.
