Well, Current Superman would defeat Thanos in his normal state. You can compare the greatest Thanos feats vs the greatest Superman’s feats, and there’s not discussion about it. Well, as I said, current Superman is able to defeat Thanos, Superman Prime One MIllion being the equivalent to “God”… Thanos is just an ant.BUT, if we give the Infinity Gauntlet to Thanos… There could be some kind of “Fight”. The only problem is that SP1M is ways tronger than Thanos and his Gauntlet. Why? Well, both of them have some kind of similar capacities. But Superman has the advantage in three things:Alter reality: Thanos can do this, change time, etc. But Superman has 5th Dimention magic. If you know how this magic works, it happens to be so powerful that the user can alter reality and time, and NO ONE can dispel or change his creations. This is what makes beings like Mxzyplitk so amazing. The little imp is a God with a magical shield to protect his own power. 5th Dimentional magic is, literally, playing God without boundaries.Thanos with Infinity Gauntlet is not immortal. Superman Prime One Million is indestructible and immortal.With Infinity Gauntlet Thanos has control over life and death. Superman Prime One Million has control over both, but also, can create new life out of nothing, without any genes, DNA, or anything, just “PUF” and something new…AS I said, Superman Prime One MIllion is literally a God… Where Thanos with infinity Gauntlet is the greatest and most powerful being after the Tribunal and the One-above all. Superman Prime One MIllion well… He’s at the same level of the Tribunal and the One-Above All, since all three of them are literally God.

Difficult to answer.In the first movie, Megatron almost defeats Optimus (originally called Orion Pax before becoming a Prime) until Sam thrusts the AllSpark Cube into Megatron’s chest.In Revenge of the Fallen, he uses parts from Jetstream to bulk up.So in a fair fight Optimus doesn't stand a chance against Megatron.Megatron Vs Sentinel is a different matter.Megatron is highly intelligent, and can study his opponents moves to figure out an algorithm to counter them.Sentinel is egotistical, and is happy to betray those who respect him. He's powerful yes, but his ego would hinder him. He wouldn't use his full power until it's too late. Megatron would probably know this before the fight and work to end it quickly.Megatron would win all the way. Simply because of Sentinels ego.
