What other art tools can one use apart from the common and obvious ones?

Just about anything can be used as a tool for art.You want to draw? Anything that will make a mark will work as a drawing tool, and hard or soft - a stick, razor, finger, twig, grass, string, piece of metal - if it will make a mark you can draw with it. If you can dip it in ink or paint, even better, you have more options. You need a surface to draw on? Anything that will hold pencil, pen, charcoal, ink or paint will work as a surface. From garbage can tops, to rocks, to old jeans, to pieces of wall, to discarded shoes or a pile of dirt in a box.You need to cut something? Any sharp edge will work - may not work as well as a razor or scissors, but if it can cut, it’s a tool. But if you don’t have a sharp edge, well, tearing something isn’t the worst thing you can do and a great option. You want to measure? Your hands and fingers, and even your nose and hand together; a length of string, a piece of cardboard, your feet - all work to measure. You need to draw a circle? Find a plate or dish, tie a string to a pencil and hold it in place or cut a piece of cardboard and punch a hole in it to use like a string - hold one end and circle the other end around with a pencil, or even a piece of barbecue charcoal. You need to punch a hole? Pencils and screwdrivers work. And the bonus is a screwdriver dipped in ink will work as a great drawing tool,Need a straight line? Look around, there’s bound to be a cardboard box, or a piece of paper you can straight-fold to use for a line.Need a magnifying glass? Fill a glass with water or use a water bottle and hold over what you need to look at - it will magnify and enlarge enough to see.Need a higher work table? Get a cardboard box and set it on top of another table, and lay a piece of flat cardboard, or get a piece of scrap wood to use. There are no limits to what you can use if needed. Try something unconventional. I have done all of the above.

The Most Dangerous Game by Richard Connell?

Its about a man named Rainsford, he falls off of a ship and into the amazon river. He finds land and discovers a huge chateau(mansion/castle). There is a man named General Zaroff there who takes Rainsford in and clothes/feeds him. Zaroff tells rainsford about his hunting experiences and how hes read rainsfords book on hunting, then he tells rainsford that he became bored of hunting animals so he invented a new prey Humans! Then he tells rainsford he either must be beaten/tortured by his servant who is an expert whiper, or he will be given a few hours to hide on a small island of forest and then be hunted, and if he is not found in 3days he wins. So rainsford of course chooses the later, sets a few traps and wounds the general his hunting dogs and his servant. At the end he wins and returns to the mansion and kills Zaroff and sleeps in his bed.

Famous cartoon mascots from Italy?

Hi,

I am doing an independent art project for school and I thought it would be fun to research on various cartoons characters produced/created by different countries that may or may not be famous or well known outside of their country of origin. For example, everyone knows Mickey Mouse is a cartoon character created in the US. But few in America know about the Smurfs, but they are very well known in Europe.

I am hoping you can help me by being nostalgic and remembering the cartoons you watched when you were little. The only thing is that the cartoon has to be produced in Italy

If you know the show, the character's name or production company, that would be great. I can do further research with those names.

Please and Thank you.
