Am I likely to be ripped off by the worker girls at the red light district?
I heard that they try to scam you and rip you off by having you pay more cash for something you already paid for and if you don't, they'll hit the panic button sending police to you that will stop you from leaving until you pay her for something you didn't agree to? Should I just avoid this all together? Do these worker girls scam often and cheat? How do I ensure that they don't screw me over?

Hey I am a final year undergraduate student at Christ currently, and I maybe able to give you some tips.Keep the following things in mind : 1) Display confidence in your speech - but not arrogance. Show them that you are sure of what course you have opted for, and that you want to stick with this decision. It would help if you had clear points beforehand to support this.2) The interviewers have a brilliant knack of testing your tolerance towards bullshit - bullshit here means an unnecessary display of power and authority. They love to tell you you're not good enough - and try to strip you of any dignity. I may be exaggerating this, but it is displayed in varied levels. But this is mostly done because you need them more than they need you. So if anything like this happens, keep calm, brush it off and don't let them get to you.3) Dress formally - do not turn up wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Wear formal pants and a shirt, or if you're a girl wear a kurta and a salwar (don't wear leggings).4) Stay humble - they like to see people who can take tolerate forceful authority - cause you will be facing a LOT of that once you get in. So don't back answer, just swallow your pride for those 15 minutes.I have said all this assuming you really want to get in. You have to be a suck up for that, unfortunately.Again, there may be exaggerations, but it's best you're aware of the worst than experiencing shock there.Good luck!

You're doing the right thing by taking your business elsewhere. You shouldn't be subjected to that kind of rude treatment. You informed the office manager, so that was good. If you feel like pursuing it further, you could send a letter to the dentist, marked "Personal and Confidential" so his or her office staff doesn't open it, and detail your complaints and state that you'll be leaving the practice. I had a similar experience with my endocrinologist's staff, so I quit going to him. Money does talk.
